Sunday lunch.Looked lovely on the plate. Unfortunately it wasn't. Cold. Potatoes, 1 carrot would have broken a window if thrown. And peas and sweetcorn out of a tin. No proper vegetables? Mash was like tinned. No heating on, we were freezing, apparently broken..The nice lady apologized and gave us vouchers to compensate. Don't know where they get the high prices from. Never seen it as empty been going for years..

Went for our tea, it was absolutely delicious. There's not too much in the way of vegetarian options but what was there was good. I had the baked Greek feta and the homemade chips and I had no complaints, it was beautiful.

Newly refurbished and what a great job the new owners have done. It's very welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely pub garden with plenty of seating. The food was absolutely top notch. My first visit but certainly not my last. Highly recommend this place. Well done to all concerned with the refurbishment. It's fabulous

Lovely food and staff. Just the waiting time was a bit long for food. It was about an hour after ordering and it wasn't busy as we were the only ones in at the time for food.

Well presented pub. Fresh & modern interior, seating in a spacious conservatory area (plenty of seating throughout), large outdoor area with accommodated shelter for rainy days (nicely lit). The Crown now do cocktails which I highly recommend (have 2 for X amount offers). Various themed nights on an evening too. - Friendly staff and reasonably priced. All round nice place to be!

Friendly staff and well run pub. Food available and room for hire. Nice beer garden ,gazebo and out door furniture. Nothing seems too much trouble for the hosts. Prices are very reasonable too.
