“Had a delicious meal at Pasha Turkish restaurant in Barnsley yesterday evening. There were 6 of us (aged 22 to 85 years old), and all of us enjoyed our food - it was fresh, cooked to order (e.g. one of us asked for their dish to be made without one of the listed ingredients), deliciously tasty, and good sized portions. Great service - the waitresses were pleasant, attentive, and professional. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, I’ve marked it down to 4 stars as the temperature was a little cooler than most and I was glad I had a cardigan. Although Pasha is on a side street in town, there is plenty of parking (including free parking if you know where to go - I gave the restaurant a ring in advance as I’m from out of town, and they were were very helpful) All in all, from our experience yesterday, this restaurant deserves to be popular.”

“Visited Friday for the tasting menu. Fabulous food really well presented. Excellent value. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's our second experience of this and I would highly recommend it. The wine flight was interesting and we were educated about each one by Tavi. A great night”

“This is an amazing find, in the Wombwell area of Barnsley. The food is amazing but it is the staff who make this an unforgettable experience, they really helped me choose what to try and I felt so welcome there, like home from home. I will definitely be adding this restaurant to one of my regular places. I also find it a very comfortable place to conduct my business and don't feel rushed. Very well done in providing the perfect customer experience.”

“second visit here and 100% cannot fault ....as soon as walked in greeted and shook hands ..took us to the table straight away waiter came took order for drinks ...with in minutes drinks was here then we orderd food ....wasn't long and all came together ...beautifully cooked and well presented and generous portions ...if you haven't been here 100% defo recommend...thankyou and keep up the good work and we will see you soon”

“A fantastic curry. We arrived early on a Thursday, we were the only people there, I did wonder if we had made the right decision. Well I can tell you the food was magnificent, superb flavours well cooked and presented. By the time we had finished the restaurant was packed, not a spare table, for a Thursday night to be this busy it must be good, the locals clearly know this is the curry house to go to. “Take my kids 6 & 13 years old to cinema for a Barbie moves yesterday, waiting for some interesting moves, cinema in Barnsley absolutely nice,clean with helpful stuff,but moves was absolutely feministing, not really for kids, more for ladys with out motivation and trust in theirs self. Absolutely disappointed with it. But cinema is cool. As well need to say befor any moves starts is 30- 40 min is advertising, thats waist my time. If my review is helpful to you please give a like. Thanks. As well need to say what lift not works to go up,you have to walk, if you take some one with willchar its a problem to get up.”

“A group trip up for a taekwondo competition and we had a fantastic host in Katy at the restaurant, Katy went above and beyond over the two nights we stayed including after a trip to a and e that she made my kids feel safe and secured while we was away. Food was great and quick service. Beds comfortable as always 5* all round”

“The staff here are fantastic. After a rather trying journey up from Kent Jess and James were so friendly and helpful when we arrived. All other staff were great and there was a lovely atmosphere. Very easy to park in the car park and get to the hotel. Cheap parking too!”

“Clean, comfortable, easily accessible hotel with ample parking. The room was a little hot, due to no AC, however a large fan was provided which helped a lot. The restaurant next door has reopened, although I didn't use it on this visit. The stand out point for me, was the staff! We had travelled from Devon, for my partner to have major surgery at Northern General Hospital, and an, otherwise, stressful visit was made bearable by the care & compassion of every member of staff I met; they went above & beyond to check that I had everything I needed and that I was OK & enquired daily about my partner (he's recovering well). I'll be back to stay again when I return to bring him home. THANK YOU!”
