Absolutely beautiful. From the crisp, clean poppadoms to the deliciously tender chicken tikka - faultless. We will definitely be visiting again - highly recommended

Fantastic time at Aarti. Was busy when we arrived but were quickly seated. To start we had the Far Far poppadoms , Masala Fish which was incredible, and the onion Bhaji. For mains we had the lamb chop starter and chicken tikka massala, we were asked how spicy and I chose medium. Next time I would probably go mild. It was still very nice I am just not the best with spice. As sides we had Garlic Naan and Purri, Naan was ok but the Purri was amazing, would go for just that next time. Overall a lovely time here, Sam was great too. Will be back!

My wife and I have been to this restaurant twice and both times we have had an absolutely fantastic experience. The interior is modern and stylish with a warm and friendly atmosphere, enhanced by the knowledgeable and attentive staff. Prachi was our server and she was extremely kind and passionate about the food she was serving. The food itself is immaculate. Perfect balance between spice and flavourful and the portions are generous. My wife is from Mumbai and she swears that this is truly the taste of India. It brings me great joy to see her enjoy the food that she misses so much, but being here brings her back home. We will be coming here again, sooner hopefully rather than later.

The building has a good atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and eager to explain the food. The food itself is absolutely wonderful. Nothing is overcooked, everything is fragrant and well seasoned. The star of the show was their mint sauce. If they sold it by the bottle, I would buy it weekly. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aarti, a hidden gem of an Indian restaurant located in Leeds, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting ambiance of the place. The decor was tasteful and elegant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered the lamb dish, and it was truly out of this world. The flavors were complex and layered, and the spices were perfectly balanced. What really impressed me, though, was the texture of the meat. It was cooked to absolute perfection - tender and succulent, practically melting in my mouth. It was clear that the chef had a real passion for their craft and took pride in creating dishes of the highest quality. The menu at Aarti is extensive, and there's something to suit every palate, from mild and creamy to spicy and bold. I appreciated the fact that the dishes were not overly oily or heavy, and I left feeling satisfied but not uncomfortably full. Overall, I would highly recommend Aarti to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Leeds. It's a true hidden gem that deserves all the recognition it can get. I only hope that it doesn't become too popular and lose its charm, because it truly is a special place that I plan on visiting again and again.

Visited this restaurant for the first time to find a real hidden gem for authentic, fresh Indian home cooking. All dishes were perfect. The prices were all very, very reasonable. Table service was fantastic. The host was lovely, chatty and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was spotless and warm considering it was a very cold evening, which made it feel very cosy. The restaurant has closed due to relocation to Leeds City Center. I will be there again as soon as they open. I can highly recommend this restaurant for fresh authentic Indian food!

Small-ish place above a coffee shop. Well presented inside, lovely staff, great service, great price and most importantly, great food. Loved every bite. If it wasn't 70 miles away from us, it would definitely be a regular visit.
