Deeply disappointed. The egg fried rice was tasteless and the sweet and sour chicken was chewy and the source flavourless.
Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and received 1 chicken ball and 4 prawns balls that we could not eat. Bland salt and Pepper chips, sweet and sour sauce that didn't taste like sweet and sour and egg fried rice which was very clumpy. Ordered as our usual Chinese was closed. Will not order again.
Unfortunately when I got home I had a prawn dish instead of the chicken in szechuan hot bean sauce. Mrs having what she hadn't ordered on mother's day. Hey ho.
Normally great food but this time wasn't as good. Slightly burnt taste and seemed smaller portions. Hopefully back to normal next time.
Been going to this place for at least 25 years but tonight was very dissapointing the rice didnt taste right it wasnt up to standard it spoilt the whole meal
Used to love this place but last couple of times the food has been poor. Last night was our last attempt. The king prawn with garlic tasted weird, the beef and mushroom was watery and the beef was rubbery. The same could be said for the salt and pepper chicken- I’ve never seen chicken so stringy and elasticated. Tiny bag of prawn crackers and a bag of poor mini spring rolls. Virtually all went in the bin.
