So decided to order takeaway from here tonight firstly when we phoned the man answered and told us to phone back as they were busy (don’t answer phone then) anyway we did and I wish we never had! The food was absolutely vile tonight I normally love the food here and have been several times but after tonight I will never go back in or order again we spent nearly £50 here and normally when I see reviews saying the food was that bad it went in the bin I think yeah right but honestly tonight it was impossible to eat mine I had a steak that I asked for medium rare it was extremely well done with a few onions no peas or mushrooms like stated and more fat than a don’t know what I would have been embarrassed to send that meal out to anyone! The garlic nan was definitely not fresh! It was like trying to eat toast! We also ordered a pickle tray which consisted of 2 mango chutney and a mint yoghurt.. £3.50 for 3 sauces? Also after spending nearly £50 you would expect at least a free popadom not even that! When i tell you it’s the worse meal I’ve had in ages it really was awful!

Great curry but tad on expensive side!. Lovely food but they charge extra for large rice which is standard size as most other local curry houses.

Had a lovely meal at Bayleaves last night. The food was excellent and very tasty. My partner is a vegetarian and finding good quality veg restaurant options is sometimes challenging. She had 3 of the smaller portion veg starters for her main meal and commented that there was plenty of fresh veg in her dishes and Bayleaves was a very good option for her. I had the chicken and prawn special and that was excellent. Service was great also. We will be going back.

Taste was not so food and definitely not a authentic Indian taste. Servers and managers were annoying, felt pretty terrible. Toilets were not clean and ambiance was not good ( pretty suffocating). Overall, it would have been better.

Well what can I say talk about support your local business, we visited this evening for my son's birthday, food wasn't good and they ripped us off we paid a deposit which was £65, so we had a party of 9, four people couldn't make it due to covid the restaurant was empty but he still only gave us £30 from our £65 deposit and squashed 9 people on two small tables. times are hard we couldn't believe the owner of this restaurant we will never walk through the door again
