   I recently visited Cafe Des Amis in Sheffield and had a really good experience. The sausages were very juicy and full of flavour, the poached eggs were cooked nicely, and the mushrooms were delicious. The toast with butter was a simple but perfect combo. I also tried the Arabic coffee – it was very strong and authentic, just as it should be. The café itself was very clean and well-kept, including the toilets, which is always a good sign. Overall, a great spot for breakfast and definitely worth visiting again!

   I would definitely not recommend the sandwiches. Cheap sliced bread. Tuna mayo wasn’t even mixed properly. Literally 2 slices of cheap bread with tuna mayo slapped in it. The service was quick. The panini was not cooked through just toasted on top. Needed a little longer.

   We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the large menu and comfortable seating. The staff were polite and the food was freshly made. I enjoyed the chicken wrap that had just the right amount of spice.

   Great food choices and flavours. Great coffee. Not busy with only 1 other table on arrival but still waited a good 15 mins to order and then another 15 before getting drinks. Empty plates after all finishing, not cleared. No offer of dessert or subsequent drinks after finishing eating.

   Reliably delicious. The Shakshuka is excellent and generous portion size. The small full breakfast filled me up and was perfectly cooked. The coffee is great too. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only wish it was open later on weekdays.

   Lovely café with cosy atmosphere and lovely staff. Tried their vegan and halloumi breakfast, both absolutely delicious, if you're looking for a spin on a classic fry up - if not, standard breakfast also available, along with wraps, salads, cakes, and ice cream, will definitely be coming back!

   Popped in for a drink and ended up with hot chocolate and carrot cake. Well, it's rude not to. Just as good as ever, breakfast menu looks comprehensive, Turkish coffee, teas and many other drinks available. Best cafe in Heeley/ Meersbrook area.
