Absolutely awful! I appreciate it can get busy! But I have experience in a chip shop & busy periods! We wait 20 minutes to be served best bit we were the only 2 in there! Then we got our food, it was cold! We asked for salad two pieces of lettuce, a slice of cucumber & a sprinkle of cheese! Not at all acceptable standards!
I ordered a meal to be delivered - only half the order was delivered. The delivery guy got on the phone and asked that the two large fish be prepared and he would be back in 5 minutes. At the time of writing this review we have been waiting for over half an hour and the fish has not been delivered. The service has not been the best for some time. I will be spending my money else where from now on. The children have been fed and now I have to start cooking after a hard week at work. Nor much of a treat for me.
Ordered food (Tuesday 19th March) Took 2 hours to arrive.(only 2 mile away) Yes 2 hours!!! (even though they were advertising max 45 minutes,on placement and payment of order) When the food eventually arrived, chips were cold... Fish very poor. Most went in the bin. Absolutely shocking experience. Seems as though this regarding very long waits, has become a regular event recently. Won't ever be ordering from them again. Strongly advise others not too.
We ordered off just eat and decided to have a change, so we got the Atlantic box. We don't tend to have chippies so it's different for us. We have no complaints. The delivery was on time, the food was cooked and tasted good. We shared it between two people. My only comments are I ordered a separate side of small peas expecting it to be the size of a chip shop, but it's a sauce pot filled to the top with peas, so would want to order a large now knowing that. They also rang us to say they had ran out of prawns for our box, but they swapped it for chicken nuggets so that was good
Ordered online on a Sunday; checked that I was within opening hrs apparently I was; continued my order stuck on pending approval for about 15 minutes; took money from my bank; not heard anything in 15 mins decide to drive up found to be closed; absolutely appalling service and the food is subpar anyways only reason we use em is convience however you sit and wait for about 40 minutes for your food. Will be charging back the money for this absolute joke of an experience and will be heading to North sea fish bar instead from now on where after a disgruntled experience was met with absolute devine food
Been going for almost a year now lovely food and quick service we go in to the chippy as its local partner calls up and when he gets there its ready and waiting for him
Food lovely but service is shocking, Rude. Said they don't deliver to my address but took my money... very unhelpful
First visit to Sealine and we'll impressed. Quality ingredients, reasonable pricing. Great portion sizes and piping hot food. Highly recommended
Get's busy, but fish and chips are worth waiting for, for me the best in the area.
Best fish and chip shop I have ever been to. Massive portions, perfect chips (which is hard to achieve) white and flaky fish with a fresh crisp batter, fantastic. Staff were so polite and friendly it was a great experience and I will be making regular trips.
