   Ordered food online, they accepted the order ect but the food never showed up, waited over 2hrs, tried to call them multiple times after it had gone past 1hr to see when it would arrive or to cancel it if it was gonna take any longer and there phone rang once then kept going to voicemail. Food arrived 2hrs plus after estimated time by this time we was going to bed and had eaten food from cupboard. Delivery guy thought we was joking when we refused the order explained we had been trying to call to cancel as took to long he didnt accept this so showed him at the door that they had turned the phones off, his face dropped he apologised said he would call the manager to explain and come back to us he never came back and drove off. Worse customer service ever as prior to all this we called when order went through to add one thing extra to the order we missed the man who answered the phone was rude, passive aggressive and put phone down midway through the conversation.

   This has to be the best takeaway I've ever known. The pizzas are amazing the chips are amazing too. Kebabs fried chicken and beers on delivery. Legends

   Tuna, prawn, anchovies (seafood pizza) Came looking like it needed longer cooking NO prawns / small amount of cut up anchovies scattered. They didnt answer because they knew!! I wanted them to collect it back.

   Ordered pop corn chicken kids meal and it was basically a chicken dipper cut up into tiny pieces thrown into the fryer and £11 kebab that was supposed to be large but was actually small! Plus the naan bread was still coated in flour. Absolutely shocking for the amount of money paid! I rang them up to complain they did say they’d ring me back but never did. I also photographed what we had!

   Second time ordering shish kebabs from these guys yesterday. Great food - large portions and very tasty. Excellent customer service too, and delivery was bang on time. Not the cheapest, but you get your money's worth. Highly recommend!

   I ordered food from here yesterday and I haven't received it and when I call to find out about a refund and I been told it got delivered but it haven't. So I called again about a refund and the manager said a message from the delivery driver that the people that got the food where drunk I don't drink coz I trama and they are refusing to refund my £21 for the food that I haven't received. PEOPLE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE COZ U MIGHT GET SCAMED LIKE ME PLEASE WHACH OUT.

   We Have used you guys for years....got an up to date menu apparently...was £4 more than we were expecting....and the portions? Was that really a ten inch pizza? Did you put it in the tumble dryer before delivery....and the donner meat and chips....much smaller... used to have it for breakfast too. Always share chips with the hubby...none for breakfast... none for me!!! Tasted lovely ... but comon guys!!!

   Very disappointed. I have ordered from here many times with no issues. Today however, I ordered as usual and after waiting over an hour I received a phone call from Leicester which then left a voicemail to say the store has closed, my order has been cancelled and I will receive my refund in 3 days time. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again.
