Amazing service! Our delivery came quick, big portions and piping hot food full of flavour. Will definitely recommend to everyone!
I’ve never had a problem with this place I’ve enjoyed dining in and delivery. But this time I had a bad experience. I had food here last night and I’ve been up since 5am with a bad stomach ache and diarrhea. Not very happy with this. I hope food is being stored, prepared, and handled properly. It’s important for the safety and health of your customers. I hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
Ordered delivery from munchies 2-3 times and everytime they were great. Their portion sizes are a little small for the prices but always fresh and tasty food.
The food was lovely and the shakes are to die for, (meaning very delicious) However perhaps one day they will literally be to die for because, cross contamination is a major problem, and you have to bare in mind that the staff using the equipment are not the only wrong cards at play here, it's a very busy kitchen, with what does seem to be plenty of staff, however the one employee creating the shakes had containers all over, some used some about to be used all squeezed onto this tiny area, not enough well labeled equipment, allergen containing materials were not clearly marked, and everything felt far to rushed, now I don't blame people for being ignorant to allergies, because before my child had a near death reaction to peanuts I was also untaught, ignorant, blissfully unaware. However this is actually such a serious thing that all working in the catering and hospitality industry should have drilled into them. The kitchen needs more space, potentially some refresher training for the cooks and food handlers, some clear washing station and dirty pots area would probably be nice for them too. I'd recommend this place to people because the food is banging, I'd just also ask if they had allergies first, I'd not recommend anyone to sit in because the customer area is full of delivery drivers and a mountain of delivery bags (probably because theirs no room in the kitchen). Milkshake was for me and it was very tasty, I'll just not give my daughter a good night kiss.

Honestly this is the last time I’m ordering from these lot. It’s okay when you order online and don’t need to speak to them but when you order over the phone they are always rude and make me feel so anxious to speak to them. I get the fact that it’s probably busy but basic costumer skills never hurt anyone and being nice never hurt anyone either. I order here at least 3 times a week but after last night I will refuse to order here id rather travel somewhere else and take my money to someone else. I was trying to give him my post code for him to interrupt and say I can’t hear you you are mumbling aren’t ya? Last week I tried to explain my milkshake order he kept interrupting saying yeah okay yeah okay even though I just wanted to make sure and be clear as they ignore the notes on the order system online then to be hung up on when I was still trying to explain.. And that was 2 of the many rude encounters I faced for them and last. I’m a costumer not your friend to be talking to me like that. Although I’ll give credit where it’s due the food is nice and the delivery drivers are always nice maybe they can teach them a thing or 2. It’s a shame as we love ordering from here but the costumer service put me off and for that reason I won’t return again.
I keep going back here and look forward to ordering. I get chicken loaded fries with curly fries every single time I go. It is really nice. Good portion size, always hots, the staff are friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Ordered Buffalo Tower burger meal just as they'd opened. It was the freshest thing I've tasted in so long. My absolute favourite burger from munchies, I always order it but not been for a while and I've never tried the Halifax Road branch until yesterday. Very impressed with service, it was fast and they were polite. Took my daughter who loved the Curly Fries. Will certainly be back again.
Best smash burgers I've ever had!!!! Cheesy chips to die for. Ice cream is delicious and service is amazing. We order from here whenever we can and have found no other burgers that compare!!!! Would give more stars if I could!!!
