Dominos, great homer street liverpool. On 12 December 2025, I bought a large pizza with stuff crust, extra cheese and extra chicken. I paid for all extras, but pizza quality was very poor. Empty crust with very less chicken and cheese. If any responsible person reading this comment within Dominos, please train your staff to comply with extra’s and improve pizza quality. Thanks

Ordered through Uber eats which had limited tracking. Order arrived within 20 minutes and was fresh and tasty. Thank you!

Abysmal. After a long day, I ordered a pizza to my hotel at 11:30pm. 45 minutes of no updates led to me calling, and was told it would be another hour. An hour later I called again, and was told that the branch I'd ordered from (Great Homer Street) was now closed, and all calls got redirected to another branch. I was told that the pizza would still be on the way though. I have no idea why the branch would accept orders if they were due to close (which was a lie - the website actually says 3am is closing time), why they would stop taking phone calls, or what good redirecting the phone lines would do. I asked if the new branch could take on the order instead then seeing as my pizza clearly was no way near getting done, and he said no - without reason. Another half an hour later and I called to cancel, and they said they couldn't do that. The extremely rude man on the phone hung up on me multiple times, and then finally said I would have to call the original branch in the morning. I pointed out how unhelpful that was, as the pizza (still on 'prep' mode on the app - now over two hours since ordering) was still due to be delivered to me, so by the time the morning came it would be too late to cancel and get a refund. Another hang up. By this point I wasn't even hungry, and extremely frustrated. Even awarding one star feels like a compliment too far. Would avoid this place like the plague.

Personally, I think the personal-sized £3.99 pepperoni pizza I got here was the best value I've ever gotten in a meal. It was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Stopped in to have my order taken by a very friendly guy. It was quickly made and I liked being able to see on the screen next to the register how long until it was ready. Considering it was a tiny takeout place, the atmosphere was fine. It was clean and well-lit. Everyone seemed to be working hard at getting the pizzas out. I thoroughly enjoyed mine and, as a small woman, found it just filling enough. Great job, guys, I hope to be back at least once more before I leave the area.

Horrible Experience We have been ordering pizza from this locations for a long time. Today we ordered thin crust which was delivered in unedible condition by the driver and when called the location the manager asked to share the pictures. These were emailed to him and he called back saying the driver said we were rude and have dropped it???? Clearly would not leave stems of wrong handling on if was dropped Manager starts blaming us and shouts over the call saying we are blocked and wont be able to re order again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 1 star given only because could not give a 0 or -.

5 star for the service. I mistakenly ordered delivery to Nelson st instead of Neston st. By the time I called them to change the address, the delivery guy was already in the other location. But they coordinated fast and quickly got it delivered to my location and didn't even wait for a tip. Great customer service!

Awful. Delivery took three hours. No one would answer the phone after 30 phone calls but more than happy to take my money. Delivery man was rude on the phone too. Food was freezing. I understand it being busy and I work in customer service myself but last night was actually horrendous. Do not order from here, London road domino’s was far more helpful.
