   A brilliant experience. The ribs where lovely and the steaks the rest of the table had where cooked beautifully. Food was brilliant as a whole and the service was lovely. Every member of staff spoke and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Would highly encourage anyone in the area to go. Yes it was a little pricy but the quality of food made the price worth while.

   The sharing platter is amazing. X2 sirloin, pork ribs, chorizo sausage, black pudding and chips - all delicious. I don’t know what they do to the chips, they’re not your standard chips and I think the best I’ve ever had. 100% recommend a visit. Pablo was so helpful. He had us smiling throughout, really added to the experience. We’ll be back soon.

   We went for my boyfriend’s birthday. It is the best steakhouse I’ve ever been. Food was top-notch, service was excellent and awesome vibe. Not sure if it is server or manager, he is really awesome. I requested them if they could surprise my boyfriend for his dessert and it was really a nice surprise. Will be returning!! Definitely recommend.

   As restaurant owners ourselves ( Saporito, Eckington), we were recommended here by our own head chef. We had the chorizo starter which melted in your mouth. Then came a Porterhouse steak each. Wow, absolutely scrumptious. Juicy and cooked to our liking. Lovely selection of sides which we had the chunk chips, mash, mozzarella salad, Greek salad, Diane sauce. Yes we love our food! The staff are so friendly, authentic music and on the whole a delightful place. Highly recommended and we look forward to visiting again. Well done La Vaca, keep doing what you’re doing!

   Valentines Day! Absolutely beautiful, been a fair few times before, our first date was here. Tonight was the best yet, steak cooked perfect, everything piping hot. Love this place. The best steaks in Sheffield and beyond.

   I came with a friend, just the two of us at a table. We actually came here quite soon after it opened many years ago now. This time it was Wednesday evening and quite busy. The guy serving us was friendly and polite, gave us time to chat before ordering. My friend ordered the 8oz sirloin (I think), medium and I ordered the 12oz ribeye, medium rare. We shared chips and salads. Nothing comes with the steaks, any sides have to be ordered additionally. Neither steak was cooked how we asked for it, mine came rare, almost blue in the middle. The server took it back to be cooked more. Our steaks were good but not great. Its not as good as it used to be, change or chef maybe? The bill was about £46 for both of us. Sadly won't rush back anytime soon.

   Had the t-bone and ribs, steak was fine, peppercorn sauce was nice, ribs though were dry and not much meat on them, lacked a bit of flavour, had to add bbq sauce to them, very noisy so if you like a bit if quiet you won't get it, parking is a bit if a problem as everywhere is double yellow lines, would I visit again, maybe not in a hurry as I would try other places, we also has a starter which was pastries with various filling and they didn't realy taste of much and very dry, the mini kebab sticks looked ok though so wish I had gone for them.

   Great atmosphere and brill food. Customer service could be improved. Had a great time here with friends recently. Food was great tasting and came quickly. Would like to have seen wait staff come to the table a little more to check if we needed more drinks and to check we were OK for the food to improve to 5 stars. I'd have liked to have had some sauce come with the ribs as it was literally a plate full of plain ribs (though they were great!)
