We had a truly wonderful meal at Elachi. The service was exceptional — attentive, warm, and tailored perfectly to our group. The food was specially prepared with authentic flavors that delighted everyone at the table. Each dish carried a distinctive taste that made the evening memorable. A special thank you to Milon for making our dining experience outstanding. Highly recommended!

The food was too sweet, I feel like they put more colouring also, I haven't finished it.

Our favourite Indian and well affordable. You can bring your own drink and save a mint! Never had a bad meal here. Love it! Please support this jewel of a restaurant! Lovely staff too. Dead easy parking right outside.

It's a shame to give Elachi a 2 star rating, as I am in the area for the weekend and chose this based upon other very good reviews. However, following a very dry Sheek kebab, we were served a chicken balti that was absolutely swimming in grease. It was left and I raised this with a staff member who simply stated "this is how we cook a balti, we use oil". I've eaten many many baltis in my time, all of which have been in a freshly made sauce and whilst I appreciate oil is used to cook most things, it should not be a 1/4 inch layer on the top. We also had a Rogan Josh which was fine, in comparison. The naan bread was also tiny compared to what you usually get at an Indian restaurant, with the garlic naan differing from the plain naan only by way of a pile of chopped garlic in the middle. I'm really disappointed to leave such a negative review, but I expected much more based upon earlier reviews.

Ordered food by using the website, collected from shop. Food was ready for the time applied, a complimentary can of pepsi, with a couple of poppadoms thrown in as well. Food was still hot and tasty when served, everyone enjoyed their food. Would recommend to anyone to use.

Just had the worst Lamb take away meal from here. It could of been dog for all I know. I nearly broke my jaw trying to chew it! I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. And I don't think I'll get any kind of refund!

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes for the food to arrive. I had to call twice having ordered online. I thought I'd give the food the benefit of the doubt when it turned up. Unfortunately, it was aweful. I ordered the tandoori mixed grill. Chicken was bone dry and the beef was tough. The naan breads were cold and stale and the rice had gone cold and hard after standing for so long. My wife and daughter had the chicken tikka masala. It was bright red and loaded with colouring and tasted very sweet and sickly and was unlike any other tikka masala we have ever tasted. This is by far the worst overall experience I have had with an ordered in meal. The best food in the order can only be described as 'uninspiring' at best. Very poor value for money, especially as we paid £58 for the meal. This was the first time I had order from Elach. It was also the last.

Awful food, beyond swimming in ghee. Somehow the mushroom tasted of nothing but ghee. The Murgh Masala contained half eggs. This is not on the menu. The other dishes were very similar in taste. And, an £80 order and one small bag of salad was sent. Anywhere else there would be several, plus poppadoms. Never again. This was grim.
