Ordered over 2 hours ago…..took out money and still no food, try to phone them and line not working…..this place is a con, do not waste your money
I've had this takeaway for the past 2 nights one night for my children and the next night for me and my partner.both night I have found black curly hair in different meals, I have always used this take away as the food has always been perfect and we have always enjoyed it, quick delivery and good service. But for the past 2 nights finding hairs in my food I will not be ordering again from this place.
Top quality Pizzas, Burgers, and Kebabs. Rating based on it being a typical take away, done just right. Great prices for deals, friendly staff, and top service. Always good, hot, fresh, and delicious - pizza HIGHLY recommended. Perfect for movie night, friends night, date night, or can't-be-bothered-to-cook night.
Disgusting greasy food. Ordered pizza and Donna meat with fries. I couldn’t see where the doner meat was cut from - I was told it was bought in ‘pre cut’. So 100% not fresh. We picked up our food. The premises was filthy. Melted cheese and spilt sauces on the counters, used napkins on the floor and a patent disregard for minimum hygiene standards. Decor in the place was horrendous with dirty polystyrene tiles becoming detached. Film of muck on surfaces. Just awful.
Had our first pizza from here tonight and it was absolutely sensational! I am a pizza snob and I would as far as to say that it was the best Pizza I have had in a long time. We had the meat feast the toppings were fully loaded, with layer, upon later, upon layer of meat and then topped with a generous helping of cheese! The driver was lovely too! Thank you so much we will defiantly be returning!
Nice food but they never read the notes section. Twice I have asked for a BBQ sauce base on my pizza and received tomato. The menu leaflet says ordering on the app saves you 20% but the app only discounts by 10%.
Terrible service, ordered over £25 worth of food and told we could collect in 50 minutes so we did and drove home 2 minutes away to find one portion of chips uncooked and one pizza well done and the other dry but as kids to they had started to eat so we telephoned them to say not happy and they said come back for a refund we did then they said where is the food, how do we know it was our food, so we didn't get a refund after the manager tried to tell us that we were told 15 minutes to collect the food and not 50 minutes but one of they staff told him we were told 50 mintues by a driver who answered the phone. He was very rude the whole time shouting and telling me that he can't give money back with out the food and boxes I don't recommend this place at all. It is also now called the Greasby Pizza & Grill.
I received an incorrect order, which was replaced, and yet i received no apology from either the restaurant staff, or the driver. I was also asked 'What do you want me to do about it?' I then received an aggressive phone call from the restaurant, claiming I'd been told to 'give back' the incorrect part of the order (only a portion of chips, which were supposed to be cheesy), however i was not asked for these by the driver, and this was not made clear over the phone. I was basically yelled at by a total stranger over a £2 portion of chips. I felt very threatened, and i would absolutely recommend nobody purchase food from this establishment.
Food was luke warm when we got it an hour and a half after we ordered. Thats not the issue though. The issue was in other comments when ordering the pizza i typed in comments "please can we not have sweetcorn on the pizza, thanks". And it came with sweetcorn. My son is allergic to it so it was thrown away. Why put a comments box if you wont read it?? What a waste of £22.00 and the family takeaway night was ruined. Wont order from here again.
