   I always take friends and family who visit to the George & Dragon and the food is always good. In the past the service has been ok however today something has definitely changed. The service was excellent and a fab atmosphere! There was a different gentleman behind the bar and he was so personable. We actually left a bag under the table and they went out of their way to find my number and contact me. Thankyou so so much! See you again very soon, Jade

   It is probably the best eating pub that I know. Easily accesable. Not hard to park. Entrance for all people. Service very good, but most days, reserve a table, especially Sunday. Great atmosphere inside and outside. Food is brilliant and there is plenty. Prices are very competitive.

   Gorgeous country pub in a beautiful setting. A great selection of local ales to compliment a solid menu full of classic pub dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. The venue is well kept, with a good bunch of tables outside to enjoy the summer evenings. A fantastic way to finish off a sunny afternoon in the countryside.

   Wow what a pub. Beautiful, quaint and amazing food. This place was recommended by one of my builders and I took the family there on Sunday for their Sunday roast. It did not disappoint. One of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had.

   We stayed in Great Budworth so this pub was awesome. The Budworth beer was delicious. I had the gammon one night which was amazing and the katsu chook the other night. Both amazing. Great pub. Great village

   A real proper old English Pub /Inn dating back to 1722. Just watch the door dosen't bang when you enter. We called in on a Monday evening after visiting for a drink previously on a Sunday (need to book) The food looked amazing including the enormous Yorkshire Puddings! We had food from the Menu (all home cooked) the cheese pie was the best & very filling. A great place to visit Great Budworth & call in for some liwuid refreshment or something to eat. The staff were very friendly.

   Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Was busy but the service was still quick and friendly. Had the fish and chips...this is the large and they weren't lying! Food was excellent. Proper country pub atmosphere and located in one of the prettiest villages in Cheshire. Highly recommended!
