We went for the chicken burger, fries, Oreo milkshake and cookie doing and OMG IT WAS AMAZING!! It was so full of flavour and collection only took 10 minutes! It was amazing value for the amount of food received and will be going back!! The staff were lovely and so polite!! Will be recommending to friends!

I've just tried this place for the first time and the moment I finished chewing my final bite of my burger I just had to leave a review! The burger was genuinely the nicest burger I remember eating. Ever. The patty was perfectly cooked, the ratio perfect, the sauce delicious and the lettuce fresh and crisp. I'm currently debating ordering a second one.. .

I fancied a late night sweet treat and decided to try Burg N Ice. While I enjoyed what I had, I honestly do not think it was worth the money. I paid £4.50 for two donuts that turned out to be soggy and reheated. They tasted fine, but really only because they were covered in premade Oreo and white chocolate sauce. At £5.50, the milkshake was also overpriced. It was made with a cheap Mr Whippy style base, and that is all I could taste. I ordered the Ferrero Fusion, but there was no sign of banana, and I noticed only one Ferrero went in along with a flake. It feels like the shakes are made as cheaply as possible, which must bring in a huge profit, but leaves the customer shortchanged. On the positive side, one staff member was very friendly. Unfortunately, the person making everything and who took my order was blunt and came across as rude. Overall, the treats tasted fine, but with soggy reheated donuts, a weak milkshake, and unfriendly service, it was disappointing and overpriced.

I will start this review by saying we ordered on a Saturday evening. So, although we waited around an hour and half for delivery - this was understandable and we knew we'd have to wait. Staff were very apologetic and sounded like they'd had a busy night! This was our first try of this reasonably new place and we went for just puddings. Compared to other places near by they were a little higher priced ( whether this seems over priced I will leave you to make up your own mind). We had waffles, cookie dough, milkshake and gellato. It was really yummy. Plenty of sauce on cookie dough, waffles were well topped, milkshake thick and delicious and ice-cream and gellato was tasty. There are definitely places in Northwich doing this sort of thing cheaper but we were happy with the the value here and would defo order again.

Came all the way from Tomintoul (North East Scotland) to visit family in Northwich. Chanced upon this fantastic new eatery. The smashed burgers are stunning - and the waffles are out of this world! Great food, excellent service, fantastic value! We will be back!

OBSESSED WITH THEIR BURGERS AND WAFFLES! Omg I tried this today I think it’s newly opened and I’m obsessed with the food!!! I had ‘the smashed’ burger with the crinkle fries. The burger was seasoned to perfection and the fries were perfectly crispy. And they also have TANGO ICE BLASTS!! It was the perfect fizzy slushy drink to accompany my burger! Delivery came fast and warm and can’t wait to order again!!! Love it!
