   Ordered chicken korma and peshwari nan bread and burger and chips on Christmas Day £36 including delivery. There was only 2meat samosas despite them being the only enjoyable thing. No coconut in either the curry or peshwari man bread tasted nothing like a korma whatsoever rice cost £3.40 and came uncooked. All of Chips are stale and like cardboard. On delivery the bag was absolutely shredded leaking the watery chicken curry on all the other food. Gonna have to put have to put a frozen pizza in for Christmas as it’s now too late to order anywhere else. Do not order here!

   note: if they get our food to us on time without any issues ill remove this negative review, but they lied to us about opening time so we picked them over other places and then are saying it will come late... We ordered here once, food tastes like had a whole salt dispenser worth of salt in, our kids couldn't eat it... Then we tried them again, ordered at 4:30 because they advertised being open then, called us up to say we actually don't start work till 5, your order wont be coming at 5:30 as advertised, more like 6. We would of ordered elsewhere from a better place, we were going off what they advertised as true. There are much better places to order from. he was then rude to my partner, saying "we wont get it done in 25 mins will we" yeah no of course, well dont advertise your open till 5 then... Just dishonest.

   The curry was amazing. We had lots of delicious dishes. And we loved them. Lovely and fresh. Only problem is the service is quite slow. It took 1 hour to get our delivery what we got. Not great service at all!

   Ordered from Zeera quite a few times and the food was consistently good and delivered fairly quickly. Tonight, 90 minutes goes by following an email receipt confirming my order and no delivery. Naturally I phone to query this and after several minutes of back and forth they state 'we don't have your order', strange as my bank account shows the order as pending. I asked for a reduction as a goodwill gesture (pretty reasonable request after waiting 90 mins!), he asks his manager and the reply was priceless 'next time you order explain what happened and we can look at giving you some money off!' Laughable. Well sorry but there won't be a next time. If the 'manager' valued my custom he'd of taken responsibility rather than let the call handler waste my time. Plenty of other takeaways in the area and I will now give others my custom who don't take their customers for granted. I am not the type of person to usually write a 1 star review but this was such an unprofessional experience I was gobsmacked at how little this business cared.

   Ordered from here many times and food has always been amazing. Ordered the chicken wrap and chips from here and chips were hard and cold. The wrap itself had 2 small pieces of chicken, barely anything in the wrap itself and the chicken was very dry.

   Ok, so it's an Indian takeaway, are you going to get good food - yes. Will you compare it to other Indian takeaways in Castle - yes you will. Zeera makes a difference because they give you a choice that you may not be used to and so it's different and probably a little bit more authentic in that. Should you try them? Yes.

   I’ve used Zeera many times. The food is delicious - restaurant quality or better consistently. King Prawn Gorkali is divine and is my new favourite. Great portion sizes too. My only nag is the last few times I’ve been I’ve collected and I’ve been kept waiting even though I had arrived a bit late. This has made some of the food go cold but never mind, I have a microwave. Still my favourite takeaway.
