   Dreadful evening, out with our granddaughter for a special occasion, the place was packed. The service reflected that: prawn crackers came, then waited and waited for our spare ribs. Had to shout to get a drink served to the table, a sign of things to come. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, no sign of ribs despite the waiter's constant promises that they were on their way. We decided to abandon the evening after nearly 2 hours waiting, along with two other tables that had the same experience, waiting for no-show food. One of the tables that left without food being served complained that it was a really special celebration night, a close family reunion destroyed.. They couldn't cope with a full restaurant. Staff apologised but offered no sign of a complimentary reduced-price meal if we came back; all they wanted was the hard-earned cash for a sour night for our efforts. This is the second time they have failed dismally in providing reasonable service, taking my money elsewhere.

   Had take away. Service was good. Flavour was good on two dishes but really very little meat/ 2 prawns!!, but the noodles were ok. Ordered what I thought was vegetable satay but I honestly could not eat it, there was certainly no peanut taste just a strange spicy odd flavour couldn't work it out just horrible...would I go back? Sadly not for the money just not good value and if it wasn't for the chips would not feel satisfied.

   Recently moved to the area and have been looking for a nice Chinese restaurant. We checked out the reviews and high hygeine score before deciding to try here. We were so glad we did. The food was delicious and fresh. The prawn toast was one of the best I've ever had. Stuffed with real king prawns and not the mushy stuff you often get. Would also recommend the crispy chilli beef which was a delight. We will be back

   Delicious food especially the pork chow mein (meat so tender!), sweet and sour chicken, duck pancakes and even the banana and pineapple fritters. Great staff and clean place.

   Best Chinese Restaurant in the Northwich area by far! Amazing food, friendly staff and excellent overall service. People moan about the wait times for takeaways, but the same ones are back every week as its that good! Well done Team Jade Buddha.

   Tried book in advance, but got no reply. Was seated next to the door, which was opened every 2 mins for people collecting takeaway order. We was basically eating in the waiting room. Food wasn't anything special, have had better from my local takeaway.

   Went here for the first time for a celebration have to say it was amazing food was great service was spot on and the whole place was really well presented clean tidy even the toilets were clean it was very busy which shows how popular it is I would highly recommend a visit maybe book to avoid disappointment but its well worth it we will definitely be going again

   Not what this restaurant was years ago. It seems to be all about sales. You don't get prawn crackers if you don't order a starter....bazaar is it to keep to drinking. Heaven help you if you just want a main course . Its a nice restaurant but they need to appreciate customers whatever they buy its hard times after all
