   This takeaway was once an outstanding establishment and undoubtedly one of the best on the street. In its earlier days, everything about it stood out — the food was delicious, succulent, and freshly prepared, the prices were fair, and the staff consistently provided excellent customer service with great manners and professionalism. However, over the past year or so, there has been a noticeable decline in overall quality. The premises remain exactly the same as they were years ago, with outdated décor, the same menu, and unfortunately, poor hygiene standards — particularly the unclean toilets, which still have no working lock. While the food remains relatively good, it is no longer exceptional. Portion sizes have become very small, with noticeably less meat, chips, and toppings, while prices have increased significantly. This has created a clear imbalance between quality, quantity, and cost. It appears that the owners may no longer be reinvesting in the business. A refurbishment, new furniture, and perhaps the introduction of a dine-in experience with table service would go a long way in restoring the restaurant’s former reputation. Improved marketing and attention to customer satisfaction could also help bring it back to its previous standard. I still visit occasionally out of habit and nostalgia, but it is clear that the takeaway has fallen behind its competitors. It’s disappointing to see a place that was once exceptional lose the quality and character that made it so well-loved.

   Service is horrible. Made us wait an hour and a half for something that was meant to come in 40 minutes. After ringing 3 times and being told that it was on the way, we have then been told that it was written for collection even though we confirmed the order with our address. They then had the cheek to say that it was our fault. They then said we will send fresh food to then send cold food to my doorstep. I have been a customer for 10+ years and have never been disrespected and disappointed as I have been today.

   Easily the best kebab place in Rotherham/Sheffield area. Tried it around 8-9 years ago and been coming back since. I have also recommended it to multiple friends who also love it. The staff are always polite, the kebabs are delicious and the premises are clean. I always collect, so can't comment on delivery, but would highly recommend (especially the Turkish kebab special).

   I ordered then I read reviews unfortunately, alot of negative feedback, when the food arrived. My pizza only had half topping on it and it was rock solid. After reading the review I immediately rang the store please make sure its fresh and cooked well. What a waste of money, they did not even offer to send me another pizza like any other place would if they messed up on the order. Day light robbery.

   Food quality used to be better few years ago, today was probably last order from your takeaway, food was delivered with a van, the guy took it from back of the van here he didnt had a thermal bag and of course everything was stone cold, disrespectfull to receive your order like that in a back of a van without a thermal bag.

   Wanted to let the owners of this business know that after 20 years of using your service the last 6/7months of food have really really dropped! Been always using your delivery service I always get told 45mins but it's always an hour and is always cold and get told will get sorted next time blah blah! SO YESTERDAY SATURDAY 11/03/23 I DECIDED TO PICK IT UP. I WALKED IN AND THE SHOP WAS EMPTY THERE WAS A WHITE GENTELMAN ON THE COUNTER WHO TOOK 20MINS JUST TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I WAS THERE, HE WAS TO BUSY ON HIS PHONE. MY FOOD COST ABOUT £28 TOOK IT HOME AND IT WAS WORSE THAN DELIVERY SERVICE! THE SOUTHERN FRY CHICKEN WAS BLACK FROM THE INSIDE WHICH I KNOW IS BLOOD AS I HAVE WORKED IN KFC AND YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE BLOOD SOMETHING WHICH YOU DONT DO! THE MIX KEBAB COST £8 FOR A BIT OF CHICKEN TIKKA FEW STRIPS OF DONNER AND 1 SEEK KEBAB! SKY HIGH PRICES BUT NOT A CLUE OF HOW TO GIVE GOOD FOOD OR SERVICE ! DIDNT WANT TO PUT THIS REVIEW BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ! PIZZA WAS ALSO DISGUSTING AND THE CHEF HAD HIS HANDS IN THE BIN AND THEN STRAIGHT BACK TO MAKING PIZZAS WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

   Waited extra 30 mins then originally asked to wait! Ordered turkish kebabs both came cold with more salad then actual chicken!!onions weren't even caramelized they were still under cooked! The worker there was handling the food with his bare hands instead of having gloves on or using a spatula or even tongs will not be ordering from here again!!

   Ive been coming here for many years and food never dissapoints. Food is always freshly cooked and they do the best pizza (mix grill) that i have tried so far. Definitely recommended and will give them 10/10.

   I have been buying food from here for 2 years, last two times pizza was over cooked and last night I thought I will take pic and post it. Not everyone finish the pizza right away, mostly I eat half pizza at night and rest next day morning, if it overcooked like this when I reheat in the morning about once inch of the edges are not eatable. Don't take this as a complaint, its feedback for improvement and give sauce please even if people just buy just pizza
