Dined here on a few occasions now and food is excellent and big portions at a very reasonable price.Delivery service is also excellent.Will be using many times again and no hesitation in recommending this local restaurant.
Never had a problem with good food, maybe its changed hands i don't know but the rice was old and stale, the chilli crispy chicken was nothing like it was cant even describe it and there was that much salt it was burning my throat and chest i had to bin it
I always get my food from here. Comes hot and good portions and yummy. Only recommendation is to include prawn crackers as most places offer it as complimentary but would still recommend nonetheless
Ordered here a few times now amazing food at really good prices and fast delivery always hot the best honey sauce ive ever had definitely recommend, our new favourite takeaway
The only Chinese that I have ordered from in the past 2 years, the food is beyond my standards every single time & I have nothing bad at all to say, the portions are large for the price and in most places it would cost double the price for half of the food you get from this place! The staff are always so nice and the delivery time is always on point, even if it isn’t they are quick to let you know where your food is when you phone them. Fair to say this is one of if not THE BEST chinese in Warrington
Usually very punctual and have orders ready for collection. Tonight was horrible, new staff member refunded me when I never asked for a refund or asked for the order to be cancelled. I won't be ordering from there for a while till said member is either retrained in customer service or till the member is terminated. Would also like to add I haven't got that refund yet. So if I don't get the refund by Monday I will be contacting the bank.
Never had such a disgusting meal we both had chow mein dishes and after 1st taste we put on bin ...don't order ..
If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. Utterly disgusting food and even worse service. Ordered from uber eats, waited 30 minutes to receive a phone call from this place to explain they had no Stock left from what we ordered. We then had to order again just different items, seemingly giving them the benefit of the doubt at 8pm....our food then arrived at 9:45pm!!! Usually we don't mind waiting longer if the quality of the food is good however this food is not fit to feed a wild animal let alone anyone else. The prawn toast had NO PRAWNS in it!! The seaweed was soggy, the wontons are all batter barely any meat filling. At complete disgrace. Next time we want garbage for dinner I will go to my own black bin outside where my rotten food would still be better quality than this. The staff are appalling and have no interest in customer service. Stay away fro this place.
Best Chinese Ever. I believe that the meal we had tonight was the best Chinese I have ever eaten, we are staying the night a few miles down the road and decide to get a take away. It was so good, I am a chef and I stood and watched the food being cooked, very impressed with them cooking dishes to order. Oh and wow big portions. And good prices. Wish this place was local to me.
