Ordered a tuna footlong with gerkins sweetcorn and mayo but it come with everything excepts the tuna and also got a double chocolate cookie but give me the wrong one and it was also freezing cold and hard to chew as it the sandwich was like a brick also rang them a few times but they don’t answer the phone
Hello, I want to message about the service and rudeness given not just to myself and my partner but to the the people in the que who we spoke to as well in the Runcorn Murdishaw branch there was a young lad called Aaron who was absolutely unbelievable the service from this young man was nothing but pure quality he is a staple of what customer service is all about but the two other members of staff that were supposed to be working with him from the moment we arrived they were on their phones. There was an order that was rather extensive and poor Aaron was not only doing that but was serving us as well while the other two members of staff stood in the door way on their phones talking to whoever and not once did they off to help this young man juggling not only our orders but the orders of the people who where coming in then the lady who had been on the phone from the moment we arrived me eventually put her phone down then came out started barking orders at Aaron who I can only say was working the fastest he could with the amount of customers in the branch it was disgusting and me and my partner and the other people in the cue felt so sorry for Aaron we went back to get cookies to find out his name because we wanted to make you aware of this and to also give this young man recognition for the work he does. We will no longer be going to this branch as the quality of service is appalling apart from Aaron it needs a reshaping and for the staff working today Saturday 8th November to be reprimanded for not only their behaviour but for the disgraceful behaviour the showed to the young man Aaron. This not how you treat anyone especially a colleague I wouldn’t even speak to my dog the way the lady spoke to him was unacceptable and truly shocking considering the young man was working his socks off to give us the best possible service under the pressure he was under. Thank you Aaron for the best service today you’re a credit to Subway.
Ordered on uber, sent half of what I ordered and what did come was completely wrong. Didn’t pick up the phone after 8 calls. Absolute joke how incompetent do you have to be to mess up a subway meal deal, this is coming from someone who has previously worked at subway.
Absaloutly needa shutting down after I seen two young girls. Cross contamination on the meats, hair in my footlong and really cold potato chips, bread falls to apart with how crap the quality is,,, AVOID AVOID
I honestly don't believe this subway is in the best spot so it is always very quiet but it is great to visit for a quick snack. The store is based on a small retail park next to the Aldi so there are loads of parking spots available including disabled parking. The staff are always friendly during our visits and happy to help. They always seem to be cleaning to keep everything nice and tidy. During my last visit my order ended up being messed up and the staff were happy to fix my order and very apologetic. It was a very simple fix and did not take long to fix. The food also looks very clean and fresh. In the store they do have a sit down area were you can choose to eat your subway. Paying in-store is very simple and easy.
Shop was empty with 2 staff, requested a sub platter just ham an cheese for the kids footy team. Told me need to book 24 hours before there too busy. There was litrally no one in the shop bar 2 staff members that were rude wont b going back there
Food great, service even better, the 2 young girls serving were so fast and professional I'll defo be going back there
Worst Subway I have ever been. Don't order over Uber they just make what they feel like, regardless of a person's allergies- dangerous actions. Then say get a refund off Uber, Uber said fault is with the store so they need to action, point blank refused. Incapable, incompetent so called sandwich artists. The worst experience I have had in a long time. Avoid at all costs.
Got a delivery to work at halton hospital. 5 items on my order and not one item was correct. You choose with or without jalapenos for the nachos. I ticked without but they added them. I thought they forgot the cheese, it was there it was stuck to the paper not the nachos. I ordered 2 steak and cheese bites with lettuce onion and ceasar sauce. They came with one piece of spinach on each and sweet onion dressing. I ordered 2 ham and cheese bites with sweet onion. They too had one piece of spinach each but had no sauce at all. The bites were tasty just not what I wanted. Left most of nachos as soggy no cheese and fed up picking out the jalapenos.
