Nice milkshake but that’s all the food is either mushy or rock hard and cold. Small portions for the prices
Disappointed. Burger was swimming in sauce annd sloppy and it fell apart the first time I picked it up. It was mush. Ordered tots with boss sauce but got no sauce. Ordered 6 onion rings, (that were under cooked cheap frozen things,) and got four and a few weird things that looked like nuggets but were filled with some bland cheese like stuff. Ordered salsa with those and got mayo and piri piri because they’d run out. It was my first order with them and I wasn’t impressed. Might be some people’s taste, but not mine. I’ve just paid Five Guys prices for a cheap take away version.
Ordered two deserts at 20:30. App stated preparing until 22:30 but no one answering the phone. We go to bed and wake up in the morning to our deserts on our door step, three missed calls and a text from 23:15. The place supposedly closed at 21:30 so how is this possible? Awful service but money taken of course
Food was actually quite nice. Delivery time was longer than it said but I am a little far away so wasn’t a big problem. However, massive long hair found right at the bottom of dish, I have very short brown hair and this was a long black one so definitely not mine. Disappointing as I had already eaten most of it and made me regret eating it. Have contacted Uber eats in hopes of some sort of compensation
Fabulous milk shake oh my god it was to die for the halton brook one mmmm and we had a sundae the quality and size was spot on also got my order before uber even said they left! So was fast delivery and tasty Shakes will definitely be coming back. I also really love your design and decor of your business love it thanks again! 5*
Overpriced for what you get. Would only recommend the milkshakes
Bought three waffles from this place for myself, partner and daughter and we were very disappointed, never been here before and won't again, the waffles were like shop bought ones from Farmfoods and were hard and stale like. The toppings were just thrown over the waffle in a mess, they were cold and 35 minutes late. We couldn't even finish our waffles they were that bad. Build a Waffle is ten times better and much better and bigger for the value and freshly made not shop bought ones.
