   Yet another brilliant visit to this absolute gem of a pub. The food was perfect I had a burger and my wife had the pie with extra gravy. Piping hot and excellent value for money. The staff as usual very attentive and friendly even bought our beers outside as we cooled the dogs off from their walk. I can't fault this pub. Adele and her team have done a brilliant job of transforming a legendary local boozer into a destination venue with class. I grew up drinking in the Ringers and now live miles away but its always worth the trip. 10/10/

   We had a lovely meal here with the dogs. The service was quick even though the pub was full and they were very busy. It was a good, tasty Sunday roast. I had the vegetarian which was one of the best ever. They even had treats and water for the dogs. A free car park plus outside seating overlooking the beautiful church. Would definitely come here again.

   Good menu choices, meal was of good quality and plentiful. The desserts were delicious, with my adult granddaughter saying it was the best chocolate fudge cake she had ever tasted. My raspberry bakewell tart and custard was the best I've ever tasted. At least four cask beers on offer and good lager choice as well. Service was exceptional being both friendly and attentive.

   Amazingly exceeded our expectations!! We a table of 4 had to rate this place 10/10. It’s not an overly busy afternoon, steak and stroganoff cooked perfectly. Portions are more than suitable to satisfy hungry adults! We had additions which were done with no issue. We were visiting but if we were local or to come back again, we would definitely be coming here again. Looking over others, the food here looks amazing. Every dish made us feel a little green with food envy. Chap serving has manners and banter! Enjoy your time here!!

   After a little drive out to delamere we went here for a late lunch. Its a busy little place but they managed to squeeze us in. The food was fantastic and plenty of it can't fault it at all. We hope to visit again soon
