Another customer lost ! Went for breakfast to be told they no longer do bacon on the breakfast menu. I mean, it comes to something when their own staff are turning down custom and advising you to try Greggs and Asda cafe ! Well, Greggs did good on this occasion! This place should be ashamed
AWFUL!!!! Waiting for nearly half hour every time I go and it's always wrong!! And what on earth has happened to thr big tasty? Tiny!!! There's no such thing as fast food anymore. This is the worst maccies I've ever been.
This is an absolute joke and a sad excuse for a McDonalds. Ordered earlier through Just Eat for me and a friend then had to wait almost two hours just for two meals to be completed. When we finally got the food both burgers were just thrown and stuck to the bottom of the bag, fries were stale and cold, milkshakes were half filled and melted with no straws (as per usual), no sauces (also as per usual) and some of the order was missing. Either someone needs to be fired or the staff need to be retrained as this is far from the first time. And don’t tell me to “Contact Just Eat” because the ignorance and improper preparation of food has nothing to do with Just Eat. I paid for McDonalds not the stone cold left over scraps. I've honestly never had such a poor experiance from a McDonalds before
ordered for delivery around 11pm when I finished work, had 3 drivers accept and decline the order than the order itself was cancelled so I had to drive to the macdonalds myself, then had to re order and pay again and had to wait for it to be made again as they apperntly thrown the old order out just for the "fresh order" to contain barely warn chips the burger was warm at best the only decently warm part of the meal was the fruit bag that was placed right on top of the nuggets, if im being honest if your going to drive to maccies id recommend using the extra fuel and going to the widnes ones as they seem a bit more together with everything, the one in runcorn is awful, I dont remember the last time I had a positive experience with this maccies and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for anything
This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Stopped in the drive thru here and purchased 4 happy meals and 2 double quarter pounder meals. I was told to park up (Expected that as a big order) waited 15 minutes and we were given no straws. I go inside and stand at the till and the girl that was asked to serve me by a colleague rolled her eyes. I made a point of then saying I was only after straws as they had been forgotten. After driving off we then found all of the fries for all six meals were inedible, the only way I can describe the fries is they looked and tasted like they had been cooked a week ago. At this point I was driving back to our camp site 40 minutes away. Very disappointed I know it’s fast food but how you can serve someone food in this state is beyond me. Avoid here at all costs and get something else.
Food has really gone down hill. Last night it arrived cold and today we ordered breakfast to a greasy mess!
Slow food. 20 minutes wait. No happy meal toy. No BBQ source that we ordered. People got served straight away after we were asked to wait. No apologies. Car park full of people sniffing gas canisters. Never returning.
Not worth 1 star, only did so in order to give my review. Never eating/ordering from here again. As somebody who works all over this is definitely the worst Mc Donald's I've used. Pics attached are freshly opened, you wouldn't think so!
This visit to the Runcorn McDonald’s was more positive than usual. We drove right up and not many cars were waiting meaning they most likely processed orders faster than usual. We were only interested in a few cheeseburgers and fries and we noticed it was cheaper to buy Happy Meals than adult lunches. Only bad side to that is we failed to realize they don’t add salt to the fries for children so it wasn’t tasty as usual. As you can see the fries are quite soggy but they were hot and that made all the difference. We paid only a few pounds for the two meals and rushed right off without our drinks. They didn’t try to stop us and would have been nice if they did. Not sure why they wouldn’t. When we realized we didn’t have the drinks, we walked back to retrieve them. All in all the food was hot and quite tasty. We will definitely visit again!
