   Chicken was lovely, but venue was not very good, sad to say. We were going to dine in, but the state of the place turned us away so we ate in the car. Thank you KFC for your very polite brush off of a response. I note that it’s the same as all the others for this venue which was, as I and others have pointed out in reviews over the last year as substandard and effectively a public health nuisance. Your mealy-mouthed corporate response is simply not good enough. Let me be clear: if I did return and I found your venue in that state again, I will report your venue to the public health authorities for further action.

   ordered 2 buckets of the 10 mini fillets and got given 2 buckets containing hot wings and the original style chicken, after driving all the way back from home back to kfc again, we were told a refund and replacement wasn't possible to make up for our wasted time and incorrect order

   Went last night for something quick to eat on our way to Warrington Hospital, my quick bite had me waiting 40 minutes. I ordered 2 boneless banquet, 1 dirty louisiana meal, and one trilogy box meal. Whilst waiting, a customer goes to the counter and says his food is cold, a staff member replied that the bun grill is broken, the customer said you are telling me I need to eat my food cold, the staff member replied yes, I'm not an engineer. I was in shock with that poor customer service. When I finally get my order, I went straight out with it because I was in a rush, the kids went through the bag and half my order was missing. We got 1 dirty louisiana box and half of a boneless banquet. I was told they had given me 2 extra fries for the inconvenience, no they topped my food up with 8 fries. I rang because I couldn't go back over my order, 7 times last night and 20 times today and still got nowhere! The restaurant was filthy, bins over flowing, rubbish on all the tables and when I went into the toilet, it was that slippy, I slipped and fell over. How is this restaurant still open!!! I have added the picture of the boneless banquet

   Terrible service, staff clearly don't know how to use the just eat machine properly. Waited an hour and a half for delivery, drove down to the shop to be told there still wasn't a driver assigned and they couldn't cook my food. They also stated that even though I'd paid for my food online, if no driver came before 10 o'clock they wouldn't be cooking my food and I'd need to ask for a refund off just eat. Snobby staff who haven't got a clue how to speak to customers and don't seem to care. Avoid!

   Worst place ever. 1 star is too much. They never have chicken and their technology is usually broken. They put a sign on the ordering podium to say they were having technical issues. We waited for someone to speak, no-one did so we drove along to the window. The lad asked "what can I do for you?". We said we wanted to order to which he said *you can't do that here". I stated that we had waited at the podium for someone to speak but no-one did. The lad responded with "yeah? Because I was busy". So rude! The staff need training on attitude and customer service.

   Really enjoy KFC restaurants all over UK but that particular one seems to not put much quality in products they serving. The staff do not read an order properly serving take away when should be eat in, twisters are filled half without any sauce and they behave like someone would force them to work there.

   It's the only one anywhere close and KFC what else would you expect? low quality rapid food. Used the drive through and was handed a nicely presented food parcel. Parked up to eat and no condiments, salt, wipes, tissue. The fries are never correct and the whole meal just about meets 'OK' standards. The new paper straws are disappointing too.... Mine collapsed because it was wet! and ended up tipping the pop into a proper glass. Even though iv only rated a 3 star. KFC is still one of the best places to get take out in Runcorn.
