Absolutely brilliant service! Hussein and Unaisah were both so lovely and welcoming when I ordered. They made the whole experience really pleasant with their friendly, attentive service. The food was great as always, but it’s the excellent customer service from these two that really made my visit special. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back!
Ordered via deliveroo. When received it became apparent that the vegetarian and meat were incorrectly labelled which meant our veggie person ate some of the chicken. Verified looking at the website + confirmed by the meat eater. Extremely concerning for anyone with allergies or religious beliefs. (Was also cold but that's more deloveroos fault).
Came in today and wow — what an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, Hussein greeted me with the biggest smile and made me feel so welcome. He’s genuinely one of the nicest, happiest, and most helpful people I’ve ever met in customer service. Maria is also amazing with a beautiful smile ! The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hussein went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell he cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back — thank you for such a wonderful experience! Well done guys x
Outstanding delivery experience from German Doner Kebab! A huge shoutout to Ayesha and Hussein for their excellent service. The food arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly packaged — exactly how a takeaway should be. Ayesha made sure everything in the order was spot on, with all the extras and sauces included (which so many places get wrong!). You can tell there’s real attention to detail and care behind the scenes. Hussein clearly takes pride in the prep — the doner was packed with flavour, generous portions, and just the right balance of meat, salad, and sauce. Fast delivery, great quality, and brilliant service — couldn’t ask for more. Thanks again to Ayesha and Hussein for making it such a smooth and satisfying experience. Nice and clean establishment, welcoming staff. Overall a nice experience and the food was good. The drinks was a little overpriced, £1.99 for a can of pop.
German donner kebab is really nice. I tried the kiki kebab a pink toasted coconut waffle with chicken donner meat & it was so nice. Something very different. Salad sauces & a labaan yoghurt drink was a perfect meal
Customer service was good, staff was very nice, sitting was also good, but the food was rubbish, like they are selling boiled chicken in bread. Not spices at all,

Would have added better photos but was all gone before remembering/thinking about it. A nice dessert place is right next door and offers some great options too.
Ordered signature German Donner Mix Kebabs. Probably the best donner I have ever had. The taste of the soft sesame seed bread filled with donner mix was something new to my taste buds. I am very very impressed and well recommended
