   Chicken wings taste like plastic. Every time I order the chicken in pitta, they slap on a tiny thin slice of tomato in the middle of the pitta. I once ordered a chicken salad which was half full. Terrible! No salt given with the chips and no tissue in take away bag either.

   I accidentally ordered a gourmet burger with two sides and wanted to change one of the sides immediately. However, the app didn't give me any option to modify the order-even just seconds after placing it. We contacted the store right away, but they said we had to call customer service. Unfortunately, there was no customer service number listed anywhere in the app. When the order arrived, the burger itself was really good-no complaints there. But some of the wings were undercooked-the chicken was still pink and clearly unsafe to eat. I had to throw the sides away, which was very disappointing. Between the lack of customer support and food safety concerns, this was a frustrating experience that I hope the company takes seriously.

   Undercooked chicken and rice. Rude and arrogant workers. I complained to the manager who told me if you dont like the food go somewhere else I visited two times, the first time i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Shame for pepes as their other stores have been spot on.

   I order from here a fair bit I have had such bad service for so long but have never left a bad review till now. I’m sick of ordering and getting my order when they want to deliver it not the actual time it’s meant to be there. When I call asking where it is they either don’t answer the phone or lie about where it is. My order is currently 40 mins late it’s a joke !! I always order extra sauce which I pay for and usually don’t get it. Food quality varies. Why don’t head office do something about this other reviews say the same!! This really is now my last order with them.

   Ordered an hour and 10 minutes ago for delivery. Driver didn’t pick up my order on his first round, they had to recook it apparently. When i called 30 minutes ago the guy said the driver had ‘just left’. Call back 30 minutes later and the guy on the phone said ‘he’s just left’ again - When confronted about the fact he’d lied about the delivery driver leaving he come up with even more excuses and didn’t even deny lying. Blatantly lying to your customers is how you lose business. Luckily I ordered through ubereats so i’ll get a refund. *^%# you

   Would give zero if I could, I was really hungry and thought I’d get a quick breast burger when I parked up to eat it I realized from the first bite it was hard but carried on eating as I was literally short of time and really hungry. Later on I got really ill with a temperature, vomiting and diarrhea. Pepes standards have really gone down. Never again

   Text me to offer a discount that they didn't honour. We're rude "you lot can't work the app" I was the only white person in the store. Work that out. Offered to let him show me. Declined. Manager offered to give me extra food not wanted.cancelled order. Whilst now waiting for a Chinese came to my car offered to show me how to use the app. I agreed he could not get it to apply the discount code either now offered me 20% discount. Why didn't he just offer the originol 15% at the time.
