   they mashed the hashbrowns, didn’t even apologize and then without saying sorry gave me my change in pennies and when i commented on it they said its money thats it , - would you say that to a customer and then were speaking in gujarati in front if me thinking i didn’t understand really !!!! never going back there again and when i said to the guy he went yah don’t cone back !!!

   The drinks machine is broken, the only employee isn’t wearing a hat and is chatting on the phone while ignoring the customers. He gave us the wrong cookie but included his hair in my sandwich.

   Ordered 1xchicken and bacon , 1xplant patty but they delivered both chicken and bacon, called subway back to told them about the issue. The employee was so rude and said its not their problem they can’t do anything. Very rude customer service.

   Worst customer service I’ve received over many weeks. First I went in with a coupon with the subway address on and dealt with rather rudely. The worker told me he didn’t know if he could accept them but made no effort to find out then saying he had a customer asked the same several hours ago. He still hasn’t checked The next week visit me and my friend tried using two separate coupons as I wanted a foot long. He refused to let my friend use a two can dine coupon unless he ate in? Also I was with him so we were 2. He was so unbelievably rude. When I asked him what was included on the coupon I had he rudely said “read it” so I did and it said “any” he then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t have premium subs!? So he knew all along and was rude for the sake of being rude…. The staff need training in how to talk to customers. I don’t mean to make things personal and have never complained about a Rickmansworth business but this place is a shambles. Shame as coop used to be great!! Now I don’t actually think staff care.. (with a couple of exceptions)

   I ordered 3 footlong TOASTED none of them was toasted as you can see but the staff from restaurant keeps saying that was toasted when at first they said i didn’t order toasted!!!!!!!
