   No updates for over an hour, stuck on 'heading your way' rang the number connected through the uber app a few times before it got picked up. Man answered said the number wasnt connected to the shop and wasnt willing to point us in the right direction by providing another number. Rang the number connected via a Google search, again no answer. Poor customer service. Incorrect wait times. When it did turn up delivery driver asked us why didnt we just cancel the order, explained that we couldnt do so due to the the phone calls not being answered. Double smash burger pink and bleeding. 2 hour wait for complete and utter disappointment.

   Lovely people who run this restaurant. The food was delivered fast, was hot and very fresh. They even added a personal touch with my initials on the crepe. Can not recommend enough. I will order from here again and recommend to all of my friends

   Ordered from here today, will never order again. Food was here on time but the food its self was a mess. Chips were soggy and cold so they went into the bin straight away, the smashed patty burger was solid and burnt. Didn’t taste fresh a tall. The bun wasn’t much better as it was stale. The only decent thing was the milkshake. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

   Absolutely ridiculous wait times. We ordered at 7pm with delivery expected between 7:30-7:50. We rang the store at 8:20 giving them an extra 30 minutes. The phone lines were completely off. Rang them around 40 times to just ask for an update, no answer. This led to us driving to the store and asking in person for an update. I then had a phone call from the driver to say he was at our house. If the store was that busy on a Tuesday night they should’ve turned off their delivery services whilst they caught up with orders. The more frustrating thing was that the food was cold but was nice. No refund or anything was given for the inconveniences. Doubt will order via delivery again

   Been here a few times and always really pleased. Delivery driver is so friendly and cheery as well which is great as I have social anxiety so I get nervous opening the door! But the guy today was super friendly. Food was delicious too. Thanks so much!

   Weve ordered 3 times now over the last 2 weeks and the wraps are very good, and the waffles are amazing ! Best takeaway food I've had! I do wish the chips was crunchy but still nice !

   Lovely friendly staff, Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The lady gave my little Girl a pot of ice cream while we waited for our order to be freshly made. Thank you we'll be returning again soon xx

   I’ve been going here for quite a long time as the food/milkshakes have always been nice even if sometimes they take a little bit longer than normal. Although I ordered here earlier on this week 3 milkshakes and all the milkshakes tasted sour, these things happen it’s easily done so I wasn’t too fussed. I rang up to see if they could replace them or refund as they wasn’t drinkable and was told the manager wasn’t in so they would contact me back which is fair enough. Nobody ever contacted me back which is quite disappointing really as the order was about £18 and they didn’t offer to replace or refund at all and never heard back from them with me leaving my number
