   The food here is excellent — from the fish and chips to the veggie options, everything is delicious. No complaints at all about the quality. The owner is genuinely friendly and attentive, clearly caring about his customers’ experience. Service can occasionally be a bit slow, and the staff could pay closer attention when taking orders to ensure accuracy. That said, this place is on the right track, and I hope it continues striving toward consistent 5-star standards. Definitely give them a try — you won’t be disappointed!

   Fancied fish and chips for dinner tonight and thought we’d buy local. Was told 12 minutes for the order to be ready but after waiting 30mins and then seeing a man who’d ordered after me getting my large cod and me nearly getting medium, I’d had enough and asked for my money back. If the rude, arrogant man behind the counter had left the young female to get on with bagging the orders, I’d now be happily tucking in to my dinner. The female was very apologetic but Mr Arrogant said nothing. I shan’t waste my time going there again!

   27.06.2024 Just received awful customer service. I ordered a large chips and hadock. Came back to collect my order. I asked if what he had served was a large chips. He said he had given me a medium. I reminded him I had asked for a large. He changed the portion size and then requested another £1. I only had my original payment method a card. He refused to take the payment saying there was a £5 minimum spend. I said could I pay next time I'm in. He replied I don't know you or trust you. I had to return to my car and get a £1. Super Haddock and chips! Reasonable pricing. Fish is cooked fresh to order. Nice range of food offered. Was Highly recommended but after this evening's incident I don't think I'll be visiting any time soon. If you visit I hope you'll receive better service.

   Really good fish and chips, very good sized portions and a reasonable price. Friendly and polite staff. Not wheelchair accessible but I think they would come out and take your order if required. Would recommend.

   This is the best place to get high quality food from. Why I say this? 1 the staff and the lead chef (not cook he's 1000 time better than that) will tell you and show you the oil they use and other ingredients without hesitating. 2 The service staff without a doubt friendly very concerned about clients and the way they do service. 3 chips are cooked in separate oil from Fish and other foods. 4. Hygiene alway being cleaned by service staff. This may be a fish and chip shop but it goes further than any other in uxbridge If it were a restaurant it would be about 3 star Michelin

   Lived in Harefield for 1 year. Always been best fish & chips. Today 15/4 just ordered 2 cod chips& mushy peas & curry sauce ! Absolutely auful! DO NOT BOTHER! No fish in batter chips undercooked & sauce like water! Never again will I bother
