   The pizza at Hot House Pizza Ickenham is nice, but unfortunately, the customer service needs serious improvement. As a regular, I was disappointed today when I was overcharged for two pizzas despite them advertising a special deal. They charged me £13.99 per pizza when the advertised price on their shop window was £11.99. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed the lower price was for cash payments only, which was not mentioned anywhere on the signage. I’ve attached pictures showing the conflicting prices—one displayed inside the store and another on the shop window. After paying by card, I realised the overcharge and requested a resolution. Instead of refunding the difference, the staff insisted I buy something else to cover the overpayment of £4 (which i had too), stating they couldn’t do anything else. The owner/management needs to pay more attention to this business and ensure adequate training is provided to staff members. Customer satisfaction should be a priority because, at the end of the day, customers drive the income. No customers, no income. This experience has left a bad impression, and I feel other customers should be cautious and double-check pricing before making payments. While I used to recommend this place, I’m now hesitant to do so after this frustrating encounter. Considering escalating this issue to Trading Standards, but I’m unsure as they are a small local business. However, such practices are unacceptable.

   Great pizza, we've had the bbq chicken & tandoori chicken. Large pizza is £9 I think for 8 slices which is enough for me & my wife. The chips are OK, but we wish they did peri peri salt.

   2nd pizza in 2 weeks and have to say absolutely loved them both. They currently have a promt of 50% off take away pizza so my pizza (Donna pizza ) was only £6.50 but I did have stuffed cruise so extra £2. If I had any feedback make the shop more light and inviting as the food is lovely.

   I would not set foot in this place even if you paid me! It removed some beautiful historic windows, replacing them with horrible plate glass atrocities, totally out of keeping with Ickenham as a conservation area. Obviously only interested in how much money they could make. Glad to hear that Hillingdon council has found that the removal was totally unneccessary, & hope that it ends with them being prosecuted. Their actions being as ugly as their windows.

   Was slightly skeptical at first but I have ordered from them twice now and the food has been great both times. Can't go wrong with the grilled chicken wings, non greasy crispy chips and a small pizza to share. Very impressed by the pricing, portion size, cheap delivery and overall taste. Will definitely order from again and again.

   Delicious food specially the chicken and pizza! The staff were very friendly, the place looks nice, I'm sure I will come down with my family to eat in when the lockdown is over! its good they do delivery!! most importantly the food tasted yummy. I recommend it well guys!
