   Served by Kim & Alex, very professional and friendly, and seemed happy to be there! Completely unflusted by the somewhat large order by customers ahead of me, and helpful with my order. Nice change from the robotic, uninterested staff of other establishments. Sandwich was great, no complaints! Rated atmosphere down 1 star as there isn't really one to rate - it's a Subway at the back of a petrol service station!

   Amazing breakfast foot long sub with real poached eggs too ! Great selection of sub type sandwiches with a huge array of toppings and sauces etc....Staff are friendly and helpful but not many places to sit so mainly a take out place. Recommended.

   Being a courier, I get to see allsorts. Waiting time is shocking in this place. This place used to be amazing, it's gone downhill. Servers wearing the same gloves preparing food for sweet and savory. Wiping hands on aprons and still wearing the same gloves, opening fridges that the public uses, then serving customers , making sandwiches with the same gloves. It's digusting! Using the till with the same gloves, I'm surprised that No one has complained.

   Ordered a 6 inch meal deal for lunch and I have a severe milk/dairy allergy. I avoided adding any dairy to my order where possible. But instead of sending the vegan cookie i selected in the meal deal options I received a milk chocolate chunk cookie which funnily enough, i cannot eat. I work in the fast food business myself and whoever made the order didn’t follow policy. They should’ve contacted me to resolve this issue if there were no vegan cookies available instead of just sending something that couldve made me unwell had I of eaten the product.

   If you want a meal delivered by just eat on a reasonable timescale, don't order it from here, you won't get the items you ordered at a time you want. I would recommend going somewhere else if your hungry!! Tried getting a refund via just eat and they advised the chicken and bacon sub came cold!!!! With nothing on!! This is regardless of the fact I didn't get ANY salad or sauce as selected in said receipt which was present on complaint so it doesn't matter I was £12 out if pocket with no lunch. I had to source my other options which turned up as ordered within the next 30 minutes. I would suggest not ordering from either just eat which is my biggest complaint but cannot let the fact subway in the city let my 2 subs go out in such a way that nobody would want to eat it!! Not a happy customer with either after having correspondence with both, shame on both of you for not delivering the one and only service your meant to provide.

   Extremely long wait, was served by a very good looking young lad with a nice beard, he was polite but unprofessional, he proceeded to put sweetcorn on my sandwich after twice being told NO SWEETCORN, I would remind him to keep his conversations more private, talking to a young blonde girl about his weekend, by the sounds of it he needs to stop drinking so much. Blonde girl was extremely rude and blunt and short changed me and looked very rude, maybe try smiling while serving customers. Price is ridiculous and the service from the girl was a disgrace, the young lad can’t understand what no sweetcorn means, however he was charming and quite funny so I’d of let him off, put he couldn’t even wrap the sandwich properly, most likely due to his hangover and the girl needs to be retained in customer service and basic math

   After making an order for collection it wasn't ready, people was getting served before me and the absolute jobs worth of a fella behind the counter got the order wrong. Had few problems with this store now, definitely need to employ better staff.

   Awful customer service at lunch time. Ubereats/deliveroo orders take priority over customers in store. Despite having a large queue in the shop, staff waited until the meatballs ran out before deciding to throw another tub in the microwave then had to tell several meatball hungry customers they would have to wait longer (most of these people being workers on their lunch break) if they want to have the sub they want. When my order finally left the toaster it was left on the counter for several minutes while the salad station employee made a few salads for a remote order, causing a lot of the heat that goes into my food during toasting to be lost. Time to scoff down a tepid dry sandwich on whats left of my lunch break... avoid this place unless you will eat anything or have plenty of time to spare.
