   I had a pleasant visit to PizzaExpress, largely thanks to our waitress. She had long blonde hair and glasses, and from the start she was warm and very professional. While the food was okay, her friendly attitude honestly made the whole experience even better. She checked in on us regularly, was happy to help with any questions. Service like that really stands out and made the meal much more enjoyable overall.

   Me, wife and son decided to have a nice lunch at Pizza Express in Weybridge on Sunday. People who work there, they just don’t bother about customers. This day has been occupied only four tables. Long time wait for waiter to take order and serve a food. Young waiter not bothered to do her job, disappear all the time or tipping something in the phone and ignoring customers. Even manger when I come to him and ask can I please pay a bill!!! He just ignored me. I’m just wondering, how this people work there! Whole week you planning for Sunday lunch to take your family out and these unprofessional people ruined this day!!! After that I contacted main manager 1 Monument Hill and he not bothered to email me back. Please Pizza Express bosses have a look at this Weybridge location and challenge your management!!!

   Just arrived at Pizza Express (we had a table booked). Was greeted on entering by an aggressive man who told us it would be at least a 45 minute wait and did we want to stay - no greeting or hello. We said we did and he then told us there were no clean tables so we would have to wait. The restaurant was only half full. He then continued to argue with a family in front of us. We decided to leave as we are here on holiday and the atmosphere was dreadful from the second we walked in.

   My visit to this pizza express could not be faulted! We didn’t book a table but were seated straight away with no hesitation. The food was brilliant, staff so helpful with my allergies and although busy still a nice vibe throughout the restaraunt. Will definitely be coming back here!

   Nice food, the Calabria special pizza was very big and had lots of flavour. The kids were kept well entertained with the colouring and worksheets. The also have a vegan menu which was great.

   Food and service were excellent, however issues with the freezers and chillers meant items off the menu and warm drinks. Toilet was not a clean as it could have been.

   I'm upset to update my review from all 5 stars across the board. The last time we went it was a mediocre experience but tonight was pretty bad. To start, the adults got their starters and after several minutes the waitress said the chef had misread the order and the kids starters were just going in the oven. Mistakes happen, so we weren't too bothered. Moving onto the main course. One of the children's pizzas had no cheese on half of it! We had to send it back so a second course was ruined as we couldn't eat together. Then when taking one of the kids to the toilets we saw the chef coming out of the toilet wearing hat and apron.. they shouldn't have been taken into the toilet! The restaurant was almost empty so it wasn't a case of them being rushed off their feet. Sadly that's the last time I'll be visiting Pizza Express in Weybridge.

   Friendly and helpful staff but they kept trying to memorise the order and then re checking it with us and us having to correct it rather then just writing it down. Food was nice but some of the sides came out late. Clean and tidy

   'It was great!' - from our 6 year old who said that he would give Pizza Express 5 stars in the car on our way home. Good gluten free and vegan options. Kids menu was good too - 3 courses for a very reasonable price. Child was given a mat of activities when we arrived which kept him occupied.

   Place is right at the corner. If you sit close to window, you will get view of a busy street (good way to enjoy meal while looking at people and traffic). Pizza was nice and service was good too but a bit slow.
