I have to say over the years I've got something out of this chippy ( not many times) its got blander and blander the chips to start with are boiled, not fried, pale, need some oil and need to stay in a fryer longer, I'll come.back in a year to see if its changed. Chans is better.

Had Chicken Chow Mein and it was superb, best i have tasted anywhere. Quick quality service. Well worth the journey from anywhere.

If the closing time isn't what it says on the door 22:00 then why don't you put the real closing time on 21:50 ???I had to walk 20 yards to chans which shuts at 22:30. So when did food take away places start shutting so early on a Saturday night? probably the reason all the pubs are shutting, I think everyone sits at home and drinks £5 bottles of Lidl vodka and orders food delivered from some Lithuania ex spud farmer made in a industrial estate 50 miles away from their house.

Absolute rubbish and ridiculously overpriced. The chips were barely cooked, the fish was buried under thick batter, and the mushy peas weren’t even mushy. The gravy tasted no better than Bisto. Delivery was quick, but it seems they left all the flavour in the kitchen. £40 for a family of four (two fish dinners and kids’ meals) — and they couldn’t even manage to add salt and vinegar despite asking for it on Just Eat. There are plenty of better local chippies around. Would never order from here again.

Good food but they have increased the price of their lamb shish kebab from £9.90 to £12.85 in the space of 1 month. Sadly you have lost a good client

Bought a meal last week for mum's birthday. Three of us chose our options. Absolutely disgusting. Been getting meals from here for ages and ages, but sadly never again.

Used to be so nice, not any more. No taste to the chips, batter on the fish is chewy and tonight’s delivery took 2 hours. Peas missing from the order and sausages were like they’d been drying out for the 2 hours wait.

Ordered a chicken burger and chips, got home and the chicken burger was just about edible, was real chicken with a crispy coating, had a salty, peppery flavour. The chips I would expect from chippy to be great, they were greasy, soggy and very poor. This was my second visit, first time I never reviewed and told myself to go to Chipmonks, should have listened to myself. £7.60 for chicken burger and chips, too expensive when half went in the bin.
