Amazing service and customer service. We had an issue with payment and Garlic Spice provided excellent customer service to rectify it. We order at least once a month and the food quality and quantity is always excellent. We will continue to order from here again and again. Keep up the great work guys
Wow. I'm shocked. I can quite honestly say they delivered me by far the worst curry I've ever had. Basically it was tomato sauce with bbq sauce. I contacted the restaurant. They said the chef said sorry, what do you want us to do about it. I figured the replacement wouldn't be great so left it. I would recommend you find somewhere else, they blatantly don't care. The starters were nice
Have never ordered from here before but the food was amazing! One of the nicest Indian takeaways I've ever had! Me and my Husband did get 1 Chicken Tikka Madras between us as was unsure of portion size and there was a lot of sauce but not a lot of chicken so will definitely order 2 portions next time. Delivery was on time and delivery driver friendly.
garlic nan was hard as. rogan josh tasted like it was tomato puree and base gravy. more than i expected to pay, and not the right results
Expensive for what you get and awful service. Estimated delivery 40 mins, actual delivery 115 mins. 3 phone calls told each time it was with driver. Food mildly warm and no where near the usual standard. Time to find somewhere new sadly.
I order from these guys on a regular they are always extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, as for the food they have never delivered me cold or tasteless food it’s always hot and full of flavour even as someone who enjoys spice and my partner who doesn’t all the curry’s from the Korma to the vindaloo are all flavourful and taste different they aren’t just coloured different spice levels sauce like some Indians, the rice and nanns are also on the same level full of flavour, the starters are always again full of flavour. The chefs are garlic spice know what they are doing these guys are top notch and deserve more recognition the delivery driver is always friendly and always on time and never fails to make me smile, as for the man who answers the phone cannot fault him for his understanding of English and willingness to help and make customers happy. I’m giving them 5 stars because I have never had a bad order or bad experience with these guys, well done guys from your regular customer
Tried the Garlic Spice for the first time for my birthday yesterday, and having tried a few other Indian takeouts, in the St Helens area, I have to say that this is the best I have tasted. The food was excellent, with excellent portion sizes, and at a very reasonable price, I will certainly be using them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
