A great find. Excellent, authentic Italian dishes. I had goats cheese in filo pastry to start and then the fillet steak. The staff appeared to be Italian themselves and they were very attentive. They prefer cash apparently but are still happy to accept card payments. Would definitely recommend!

After being recommended this place by a friend we were really excited to try this place. Loved the fact that there were small plate options so I could enjoy more than one course. We were promptly show a table and handed a menu. Myself and my daughter were on a high as we’d just come from the musical moulin rouge so were looking forward for a debrief over some good food and wine. Our order was taken and it arrived shortly. We’d ordered a bottle of procecco and bruschetta to share as a starter. This was delicious although the tomatoes were extremely cold, I’d only ever had this with room temperature tomato’s before. I had seafood risotto and my daughter had pasta and meatballs. The portions were good mine being a smaller one. However they were both totally tasteless, they could have been micro meals and then I’ve had better. No body came to check on us no asked if we needed anything. The wait staff were too preoccupied with a large table coming in. We were so disappointed in the service. Even when collecting our almost full plates the waitress still didn’t ask. We told her politely how awful it was and how nobody had acknowledged us. Now here’s where I’m disappointed in myself. I asked for the bill and stupidly I paid in full £84 for nothing we even left over half a bottle of procecco. The bar man came promptly over with free limoncello which we declined (we don’t like it). Such a disappointing experience. We the went to the Ivy and had a totally wonderful welcome and service. Wouldn’t recommend wouldn’t return

The food and atmosphere were brilliant! One bite of our starters and we absolutely fell in love with our dinner. The staff there were very welcoming and friendly, the portion sizes were generous, I really wish I could have ate more as I would have definitely wanted to try the other dishes! Overall another great find in Birmingham!

A fantastic, authentic Italian restaurant near the station and centre of Birmingham. I had my 6yr old son with me and the staff were fantastic with him, made him feel so at ease and special. They were very informative about the menu and options, really attentive and friendly. We all had pizzas which were delicious, so light and tasty. Will definitely return. In the words of my son "Best pizza I've ever had!".

Popped in for a quick dinner before a concert. Delicious pizza and incredible service. We saw others having desserts and they looked amazing - we wished we'd had a bit more time here. Highly recommended.

Beautifully furnished place to eat when you fancy a high standard Italian, though I picked English. Could not resist the thought of lamb this first visit, pancake was not the usual soft floppy but pleasant nevertheless with ice cream plus best sweetest white wine ever. Excellent waiter service.

The moment you step into the restaurant you’ll feel the warmth of the servers. Before commenting on their dishes, I’d like to say that the servers were exceptional! They were very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and more. Our experience here became a whole lot better because of the staff. Now, for the food! I’ve eaten quite a lot of authentic Italian food, and La Galleria sits right at the fence of authenticity. The dishes we ate were delicious given the price, but if authentic Italian food is what you’re looking for, you might be slightly disappointed here. Just slight. I’d still eat here again though!
