Order my food at 16.58 still hasn’t showed up and try ring them no answer which is a disgrace nearly 3 hours late
Sirs, I made a telephone order this evening at 1830 to collect at 1900, the boy was most abrupt and unhelpful with an attitude on the phone, I don’t suppose anyone cares as you always seem busy enough, isn’t hard to be civil in this country though. Main dishes, chicken chow mien, hot chicken, chop suey roll, fried rice, hot and sour soup, chicken and sweet corn soup. I totalled it to be £26.50 on my calculator, from a menu I collected an hour earlier, you made it £27.35. I was told I was using an old menu! I was a a couple of minutes late. Though it didn’t appear til 1915. The whole meal, after only a 5 minute drive was cold. The chop suey roll was half warm and half stone cold, a health hazard if you ask me! It all ended up in the microwave, hot chicken was particularly bad, sauce was cold and congealed. I’ve not been for a while, I now know why! I won't be coming again. I imagine you don’t care as judging by the footfall all paying your obligatory cash payment, you’re doing very nicely as is! This is just to let you know, not all is rosy in the garden, you will get caught out one day, either by food standards or HMRC, or both!
Had many of good meals from here, we love the value box’s for 2 which definitely feed more than 2! Delivery is a little longer than it needs to be but worth the wait, get your orders in early!
Ordered online and received 2 emails saying thanks for your order. Called to make sure it had only gone through once and as soon as I started explaining the man on the phone had a disgusting attitude and shouted "you ordered twice next time don't do that" tried to explain i hadn't and he just kept shouting yes don't do that you ordered twice" website was obviously glitching so I cancelled my order completely. Don't appreciate being spoken to like that.. at least I had the decency to call them and I got shouted at. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Was my regular go to chippy and certainly won't be anymore.
Don't order chicken as a main if you don't like cheap cuts of brown meat off the bone. Chicken foo yung £8.50 fed the chicken the dog. Also won't order chicken fried rice from here. Good quality food should be reflected in the prices charged to customers. Chips are nice from here but we're not nice pale and dry maybe warmed up batch.
Brilliant for Chinese and English food. Very generous portions. Efficient staff.
Decent Chinese chippy. Nice food at a low price. Very quick service. Lots of parking nearby.
It's a chippy/Chinese, I would not recommend ordering on their site as our banquet took over 2 hours to be delivered and on the chippy side they forgot to put my fish in but the food is very good. Gets busy during tea time.
Ordered a cone of chips and got a bouquet. 10/10
The cooker broke right on tea time, went to k.lees ordered sausage dinner, curried chicken and asked for a vegetable spring roll when I got home and set it out my wife (a vegetarian) said whats this, there was about 12 tiny spring rolls with about a quarter (if that) of a teaspoon of veg in each one the rest was just batter I tasted some of the curried chicken the texture was like jelly it was awful, the curry was fine and no complaints from the sausage dinner... Won't be going there again.
