   We have always enjoyed ordering kobida kebab and saffron rice from zeenat. However, the recent inconsistency has been disappointing. Last time, the grilled tomato was missing and today the rice was pulao instead of saffron. The kebab portion was noticeably smaller, and there was only one pack of salad for two portions. Additionally, it will be great if the chutni size can be improved, it’s too small for a big portion of meal and chutni makes a big difference to taste. Moreover, getting the kabuli pulao without the lamb shank isn’t worth it as it’s only a few pounds difference with a few smaller pieces of meat and the taste definitely needs some improvement. Hope this can be improved.

   We recently used Zeenat Restaurant for an event and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The space is comfortable and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. A special mention must go to the owner, Brother Ali, the chef, and all the team for their professionalism, kindness, and hard work. Everything was organised smoothly, and the cost was very reasonable given the quality and service. Highly recommend Zeenat Restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic venue and memorable dining experience!

   We recently hired this hall for our son's birthday, and we were very pleased with our experience. The hall was spacious, well-maintained, and clean, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. A special shoutout to the chef ‘sayed Ali’ , who not only cooked amazing dishes but also ensured everything was beautifully presented. You can truly tell they are passionate about their craft! we received many compliments from our guests . Overall, a fantastic venue with excellent service. We would definitely recommend it to others!

   I booked the hall for my son’s birthday. The hall was very well organised, beautiful, clean and warm. Extra staff was provided such as ballon’s arch, cake stand, speakers and table decorations. We had variety of Afghan dishes cooked by the expert chef (sayed Ali), sweet and tea was served . Also, the food was very very very delicious , everyone loved and enjoyed it. The chef and his colleague were very friendly and helpful, so we had the best customer service and experience. I would definitely recommend it for any occasion as they are trustworthy and reliable.

   The owner is greedy and over charged for my girls birthday party function, little food, bad service, they are always watching you while you eat very uncomfortable. Will not recommend!!! We paid £1200 in total. If you call that charity.. just confirms your character. We had to order pizza separately for the kids. If there was enough food we would not have to do this. Still we did not complain. You are counting babies into the adult head count. We said minimum of 40 people. You said not a problem. You confirmed yourself 43. Still not enough food. Yes We came 45 mins early to put balloons up. Guests arrived at 5pm. As timings given by you were 5-11pm. Food was not served till 8pm. We also brought fruit and cake, cupcakes, and lots of confectionery from home. Your staff kept the fruit and did not serve. My guests were made to feel awkward. No one ate properly. They are still complaining till date. We left early as everyone was soo dissatisfied. No food was left over to take home as you made little and gave us one piece of meat to prove your point. Come over to my house and I will treat you and your family to a meal. God Willing. I don’t mind paying extra monies if my guests were fed and satisfied with the service, honestly it was waste of money. Your one staff lady served food with anger on her face. And was rude to all of my guests. Because she knew there was not enough food. So she was putting guests off eating so they would not eat. Good tactic- but cheap behaviour. You have ripped us off. No problem Please don’t do anyone else. It’s not nice.
