Absolute rubbish!!! How can you work in a sandwich shop. Cos that’s all it is really. And not be able to tell the difference between 6 and 12 inch and hot and cold!!! It is written on the order. Simply read it or can the staff barely read too
Has to be the slowest Subway in existence. The staff look startled when they get an order and don’t know how to put it together making the queueing process so slow. The staff member at the till stands there while there’s a big queue of customers and doesn’t help to make sandwiches and speed up the queue. Honestly it is hopeless.
the young woman working there barred us from the entire subway for more than one under 16 walking in at once. When this logic was questioned she continued to not give an answer and called us freaks for virtually no reason and mocked us as we sat outside with nothing to eat.
This Subway is out of coffee so many times (sometimes out of all hot drinks) but only tell you once you’ve paid. Had enough today and asked for a refund because fed up with it now. How hard would it be to put a sign up to say there’s no coffee so people don’t have to waste their lunch break queuing? Argumentative too saying they aren’t always out of coffee which just annoyed me more. In my experience you have been. A sorry would have been met with a "it’s ok it’s not your fault“. I’m kind of glad in a way as the hygiene standards were really lacking with the staff member on the till handling cash and then food with the same gloves. One of the reasons I go to Subway is because of their hygienic practises. Luckily she only handled my cookie with her hands but I didn’t want to make a fuss at that point so I would have just binned that. Won’t be back to this one again.
Had a lovely breakfast from here, the lady serving was very friendly and the food was excellent.
Order came late, wrong items in the order and for reasons that escape me it was wet. (Not raining outside) completely unable to eat it. I feel like I was mugged.
Was down at the bike park and decided to go get somthing to eat from subway and the staff were horrible to me saying that I shouldn't go back went back went back anyway there were 3 other ppl there this tome and they were nicer
Very rude young lady as a staff member in there! She was round the customer side with her feet up just chilling in the very limited space there is available. As she was at the bar section the three of us couldn’t sit together so my partner had to go and sit elsewhere. No thought for the customer at all. A steak sub was unedible due to jalapeños in the steak which we asked for a plain steak. I wouldn’t go there by choice again, the young lady was cackling with laughter when she eventually went round the right side of the counter which made it quite an uncomfortable experience. Very unprofessional , upon leaving , my six year old commented how rude she was , that speaks volumes really.
Very small Subway next to Starbucks. Food is great and staff are friendly. Little to no seating from what I can remember. Plenty of parking outside. Also next to a filling station.
