   Very lovely little coffee shop. wonderful experience, thanks to Zussane They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. The coffee was great, and the service was quick despite the busy atmosphere. Their warm attitude and professionalism made my visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this coffee shop to others. Thank you, Zussane, for your outstanding service! Andrew and Ali are also always friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile. My order was prepared quickly and just the way I wanted it. Ali is very efficient and always has a service with a smile Will always go back here.

   I love this miniature Pret. There’s no seating aside from a couple of stools in the window but works for me as I’m in/out on way to work. Love the almond croissant and organic filter coffee. Staff are really kind and welcoming.

   I entered the store today (6 Oct 2024) and greeted the staff with a friendly "hello, how are you?" but received no response. I picked up the Kale & Cauli Macaroni Cheese, which my 14-year-old son was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, the manager, Zuzana, informed me that the store was closed in a dismissive and impolite manner and insisted I put the product back. Despite my polite request to purchase the product for my hungry child, and pointing out that the item would likely be discarded, she refused to make any exception. There was no courtesy or understanding. Given the store's current rating of 2.6, it's clear that this branch has ongoing management issues. Yet Pret’s typical response seems to be a generic apology with no real improvement. Why not hire a manager who knows how to interact with customers and uphold the brand values that Pret claims to represent?

   Charged nearly a fiver for what was supposed to be a deluxe (hand made fresh rather than from a bottle) raspberry lemonade drink but was, in actuality, a glass of water with a smidge of raspberry squash and literally no lemon or lemon flavour whatsoever. I felt absolutely ripped off. It tastes like a heavily diluted glass of cranberry juice. Wishing I'd bought the raspberry lemonade bottled drink from the Gregg's cos at least that actually tastes like raspberries and lemons and costs a fraction of what Pret are charging. Disappointing.

   I visited Pret A Manger shop on high street Cobham. I ordered a cup of tea and some food to go, when I got the tea, I asked them for milk, they said they already put milk in, I was very surprised! They did not even ask me whether I want any milk or other types milk, because some people do not take milk, some people are allergic to cow milk. I recall few years back, Pre A Manger was on front page of national newspaper due to incorrect label of food ingredients caused a younge person allergic reaction that resulted death, they were taken to court as well. I thought they learned lessons, but from my recent order, it does not look like they have learned. So if you have any allergies, steer clear from this company, if you don't have allergies, steer clear as well as it is a irresponsible company who does not care customers health and safety.

   This is a lovely shop on the main high street. Lovely friendly staff, amazing clean shop. No parking available out side the shop, only two disabled bays available with a loading bay. You can get a delivery from your major online delivery services. Delivery drivers and customers be aware, that when collecting hot drinks, the cups are not very good, as the tops of the cups are only protected buy a sticker, this leaves spills and leaks. I only had to travel 100 yards to the drop off point to find this out. Over all. Lovely shop

   Absolute garbage, ordered from Cobham branch via Deliveroo - first order was refused as they’d run out of sandwiches at 12.15?! Second order arrived but with completely the wrong items. Never again.
