   Been going here for years for Chinese meals. Last night I placed an order online it said delivery expected within an hour after an 1hour 15mins had passed I phoned to check where it was to be told they were busy and that they were waiting on the squid to be cooked. After another hour passed I phoned again to ask where delivery was to be told there really busy it's out with the driver now. Took another half an hour from the point of being told it was out with the driver. Eventually it turned up 2 and 1/2 hours from point of order and the salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper squid had been send as chilli coated squid and chilli coated chips. The crispy duck was tough and really chewy it had obviously been sat out in the warmer for hours before being delivered. After the previous wait I ended up eating the wrongly delivered squid and chips as I was starving and had no faith in the order being delivered correctly before they closed at 10pm. I will never be going here again or recommending to anyone after the appalling service.

   Lovely fresh hot food and always ready on time when I do a pick up order. The special noodle box is lovely and has a lot of meat and vegetables in. Egg fried rice and crispy chilli beef/chicken is also very good.

   Ordered a salt and pepper share box. Half of the items listed on the menu where missing and the food that was there was over cooked and hard. Normally really enjoy the food from here but tonight was really disappointing.

   The woman who works here is extremely rude and impatient, my niece with learning disabilities had been and bought food which is a big task for her as she struggles being independent and they had gave her the wrong change, after going back there accompanied by her Dad as she was too embarrassed to go back in there on her own, they was very threatening and abusive to her Dad and her, the women actually said to her “well you should of looked at your change then” and the man was calling her a “liar” to the point where she ran outside crying and this has completely wrecked her confidence and scared her due to the man screaming at her Dad using a lot of swear words and bringing up his appearance for simply asking for the correct amount of change, for context she was given £10 and was handed back £2 after ordering £3 worth of food, as many people would know straight away that this is the wrong change, my niece struggles with many disabilities so it is not as easy for her to understand and this situation others may get over easily but my niece has been deeply affected by the rude, aggressive and abusive staff here and i would not recommend this place to anybody, The staff here need to get some compassion and awareness of mental disabilities as this is immensely disrespectful and not acceptable.

   I have used this chip shop for many years but stopped for a while due to finding out it had one star on the scores on the doors, it basically put me off thinking they aren't following guidelines. Prior to that the food was ok, plenty and tasty however the chips on occasion were fry ups and horrible, oily and crispy and not nice at all. If they were freshly cooked they were fine, actually nice. On finding out the scores on the doors increased to four I started using them again but the quality has diminished, again using fry ups every time so won't be using them anymore. Stop using fry ups, they are horrible.

   TERRIBLE. Would give zero stars if i could. Ordered salt and pepper shredded chicken it was a box of onion and peppers. Salt and pepper chips are normal chippy chips with onion, pepper and chilli chopped into them. No seasoning and very soggy. Disgusting. What a disappointment.
