It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon and fairly peaceful within the restaurant other than one large crowd. The service was an odd experience as the gentlemen who arranged our tables categorically said that this table is unstable but still set it up for us despite other tables being empty. Most importantly, the food was average. Aesthetically appealing but average in taste.

Delicious food. We’ve been to the Eastcote branch before and the food was delicious here too. We got the Cold Meze Starter Platter, Family Special Platter, Wings, Salads, Nutella Doughnuts and Baklava. Everything was delicious. Friendly staff but service was slow even though they weren’t busy. Food was great but I prefer the Eastcote branch.

I went last night with friends to dine at Yaprak, we were a group of 6 adults and 6 children. The food was good but not amazing, I have had better at Yaprak before. The prices are very high, grilled chicken with chips and salad £19, the prawn dish is nice but quite dry as it comes with no sauce at all, again £21 for 6 prawns with some chips and salad it’s quite pricey. Only the adults had starters, 5 kids menus, no desserts and no coffees and we ended up paying over £360 with a £40 service charge included. The service was really good, every person that came to our table was polite and served us with a smile. I’ll probably not going to return because I left with the feeling that I’ve paid too much for what I got it.

Great restaurant in pinner. Love the decor (great place for a birthday), staff are friendly. Very full glass of bubbles too! The food was really tasty - we only went in for a light snack - prawn starters and goats cheese salad but was amazing. Will be sampling more of the menu.

My wife and I had one of the best meals we've ever had in early July. The service was fast and efficient and the people here are so friendly. The quality of the food was outstanding and so fresh. Nothing was too much trouble and I have to have a shout out to the waitress Jen who was wonderful, friendly and so attentive. We had to asked the manager to come over so we could tell him that his staff and chefs were an absolute credit to him. Out of the goodness of his heart he gave us free baklava and Turkish delight which really added that special touch to an already great night out. I can't recommend this highly enough and if you're in the area it's a must-go-to place. We will be back again very soon.

Nice venue, good food, not bad customer service.. Certain dishes taste better than others, but generally speaking its ok.. We were offered tea because I asked for it, but usually tea is not on house, which was quite surprising as it is part of the Turkish tradition..

Such friendly, accommodating staff. Went for fathers day along with 5 month old and were extremely polite and approachable. Food was great too, first Turkish dining and fell in love with cuisine

A great little gem of a restaurant in Pinner. Delicious food, huge portions which can be shared to be honest, especially if you're having a starter/dessert as well. Friendly staff.

Yaprak is a lovely restaurant with a nice decor and a lovely ambience. The starters were delicious. The Calamari and the Pan Fried Octopus were both piping hot, tasty and very fresh. For our mains, we both ordered the Sarma Chicken Beyti. We waited about 10 - 15 minutes for our mains to arrive, after the finished starter plates were taken away, which I personally think is a nice amount of time between the two courses. Unfortunately the main meals were quite disappointing. The food wasn't piping hot, the rice/bulgur and the beyti were somewhat warm and the bread wrapping around the beyti wasn't the softest or the freshest either. I was again disappointed when the bill arrived, to see that we had been charged a 13% service charge. I don't mind tipping service staff when the service is good. I'd go as far as asking the waiters/waitresses if they personally receive the tips before I leave one, but I take umbrage when the venue imposes it upon me, especially as it doesn't guarantee that the money will go to the staff. Anyhow, it's not uncommon for a service charge to be included in London restaurants when there are big party bookings, but we were two people, who were already paying above average prices for below average, warm food in a high street Turkish Restaurant. Overall, it was quite a disappointing evening for us.

The food was good however the service was very slow. I'm a big fan of Turkish food and expect generous portions unfortunately Yaprak didn't provide the portions I'm used to. We ordered chips with our Family Special (for 4-5 people), the chips arrived after we had finished the platter. When I tried to speak to the waiter he wasn't responsive needless to say I refused to pay the service charge. The Family Special (for 4-5 people) was tasty the meat was cooked exactly how I would like but the portion size was small.
