We had our staff Christmas meal here last week and Asia and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. A couple of our guests have quite complex allergies/intolerences which I talked through with them in depth beforehand. They offered other options, or adapted parts of the set meal for them, so we knew we could turn up on the day and it would all be prepared according to our preferences. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful (especially with the lovely tree decorated beautifully) and overall the experience was first class. We also came for a meal during the summer time, and I’m sure we’ll be back - mainly due to them being so kind and accommodating.

We ordered the lunch menu, mushroom tagliatelle and the rigatoni con pesto. Neither of them were good, the rigatoni had so much oil it was unbelievable. The lady was kind enough to have asked us how it was and have it remade but by the time we got our food we refused to have it remade as that would take time. The mushroom pasta was bland, lacked seasoning too. The starter which was the mezaluna crocante was not fried properly and the cheese was cold and hard inside. I’ve been coming for years and over time I have noticed it go down hill, more so the person I took today had it for the first time and sadly the last time.

The food was scrumptious & the atmosphere was good, thanks to Alexandra allowing us to not have to sit near a huge table of children - unfortunately it was still noisy but I appreciate that that is unavoidable, it’s a lovely restaurant & myself & my friend will definitely be back. Alexandra was lovely & very helpful. I just wish that you would consider β€˜Bluelight’ discount for all the emergency services - that would make it perfect!

Such a lovely little Italian restaurant. Great decor the food is great and the beetroot and goats cheese tart has the most beautiful pastry !!! and who doesn’t like a tree in the middle of a restaurant. Makes you feel as if you are sitting outside.

As a frequent patron of Zaza, I commend the establishment for its consistently elegant cuisine and refined ambiance. It proves an ideal setting for couples, families, and groups of friends alike. The restaurant's splendor is matched only by the impeccable quality and presentation of the food. The service is exceptional, demonstrating both respect and efficiency. Zaza is truly outstanding.

Smart Italian restaurant with an olive tree winding throughout its interior. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Mezzaluna Croccante which had a soft pastry, an oozing cheesy centre and perfectly complemented by garlic mayo. The garlic mushrooms were equally delicious and had a crispy coating. The vegetarian risotto was tasty and all portion sizes were generous. The Bucatini con pesto pasta had heaps of flavour and definitely worth a second trip. On the other hand the garlic and pesto flatbread had little flavour and was yearning for seasoning. On the dessert front the warm brownie was cold and annoyingly accompanied by salted caramel ice cream instead of vanilla which ruined the whole taste. The crème brûlée was amazing and a great end to the meal. Service was attentive and friendly. Dress code: smart causal Cost: ££+ Service: Attentive Date worthy

Absolutely loved this cute restaurant. The preserved tree inside is gorgeous and perfect place to dine. Staff are amazing. Food was amazing. My absolute favourite dish was the brushetta and veg risotto. Prices are a little on the pricy side considering the portions but taste was 10/10. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Great little Italian restaurant with a wide variety of food and wine options. Great food and very well priced, the mussels were absolutely delightful (should be on the main menu and not a specials only item if you ask me). Only part that let it down is we were placed at the very entrance when there was ample space on the other side of the seating area but was refused to move to that part. Will be visiting again.

Really great experience. Me and my partner didn't have a reservation but the team found space for us and made us feel very welcome. Nice ambience and the Oliver tree is a nice feature. Food was excellent, nicely presented and tasty. Dessert Mmmm! I had the Mascarpone Cheesecake and my partner the Creme Brulee, both were superb. Customer service is always key for me and it was spot on. Staff we very polite, friendly and attentive. I would recommend Zaza Pinner and will visit again.
