I love the burgers at W&W - so tasty and organic too! Jaffa is great - professional, strives to give good customer service, intelligent and amicable. The staff there make good burgers and if you are gluten free they will make a delicious alternative - see photo.
I’ve been here first time and I can tell you this is amazing buffalo wings and full chicken verry tasty and super friendly staff we were served by supreet he was an amazing guy verry helpful and friendly I highly recommend the best chicken ever Looking forward to come back
Excellent food. I have come twice and both times everyone loved the food. Friendly staff who patiently answered all my questions. Generous portions, perfectly cooked and flavoured. I was nervous the first time I came because the thought of wraps and wings conjured up an image of dried up little bits of meat covered in way too many bread crumbs and flavourless wraps. But what we found was juicy meat, delicious sauces, large wraps with great salad and perfectly cooked flavourful meat. Excellent fries also.
Excellent place with very friendly staff and delicious food that comes to your table quite quickly. Ordered the two portions of a Lunchtime Deal (one buttermilk burger with fries and one peri peri chicken with salad) for two people. £8.45 each. Also comes with a soft drink each (e.g. Coca Cola, iced tea). Would recommend - lots of comfortable seating too!
Best food in Eastcote i had. Had peri peri chicken half... worthy the food for the pricing... staff are very friendly (Shubrath & Jaffer)and taking care of the customer very nicely...

From 5 stars to 1! Great food 2 years ago (photos are from 2 years ago). January 2023 Edit: Been a regular, visited today and was presented with a cold burger which I'm paying almost £10 for. It was then reheated in a microwave! Not happy. Karak Chaii is water based! And no milk. Absolute joke. They no longer serve Virgils too, so drinks options are boring.
Our regular takeaway, my favourite is the grilled chicken, salad is fresh but the rice a little too spicy. The plain version without the sauce is the best. Gets pretty busy at the weekends.
Firstly I am never to impressed with food establishments that seat you with a menu and then expect you to go to the counter and order and pay first. I ordered the W&W signature burger which was £7.50 just on its own which is not cheap, the food came on disposable plates and the burger had no taste, all I could taste was the sweetness of the sauce and the bun was not any better. For £7.50 I was expecting it to taste half decent but we were all left disappointed. They even forgot to add beef bacon to the Burrito which was rectified after we complained. On the plus point the toilet was nice, clean and a decent size but For some reason according to the cleaning schedule it was last cleaned on 5/2/18 as you can see on the pic below.
