I was passing by from pinner, came across this fish and chips shop I ordered wings its was amazing , fresh and quick and i will say great food , great hygiene and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend all.

Excellent food at pocket friendly price…, and surprisingly ample space to sit and eat. Added advantage is the nearby Tesco free parking for 2 hours… Will visit again and again…. We love the food and also did take away… It’s under new management now and the owner takes care of his customers…
the food was disgusting and expensive, the chips were nasty and dry. the fish was dry and boney. and way over priced, I regret wasting my money here.

Great customer service. Funny lady. Great wings and chips (chips were a bit overdone but i aint complaining) still yummy. Fried chicken was well cooked but very unseasoned. (Not acceptable for people of colour/culture) I could only eat half my drumstick once salt was added. Definitely needs a season rub before frying. Or after. I don't know if it was my amazing personality and hysterical banter (with my mum as my partner in crime/who's also a small time regular) but i did find extra chips in my bag... If you love expensive food, horrific service, and outright lying, then this is the place for you! Having lived in the area for 25 years, this once was a fantastic chippy; but not anymore. Having asked to separate the fish from the chips (as my wife is vegetarian) on 3 separate occasions, and blatantly seeing the server combine the two and confronting him about it, and STILL insisting it is separate, there is only so much you can do. In addition, arriving at 12.30 to get the lunchtime special to then be told the special is 'out of stock' doesn't scream great customer service. Avoid this chippy like the plague and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
Best fish and chips in all of The British Empire!!! Do not sleep on Fletchers. It is a bit of a ride to Pinner (40 mins or so) from Central London, but totally worth it. My father grew up in Pinner and every time we are in London, we stop in. It is THAT good.
