   New Year’s Eve experience did not match what was advertised. We booked a table for approximately 7–8pm on New Year’s Eve based on the advertised menu and event description. The promotion referred to a New Year’s Eve menu with live DJ and entertainment, which reasonably suggested an evening-long experience rather than a short, restricted sitting. After being seated, we were informed that the table was limited to two hours, which was not made sufficiently clear at the time of booking or in the advertising. Once this time elapsed, we were refused further service, despite it being New Year’s Eve and despite paying premium prices. The food offering was extremely limited. There was one starter option, followed by a lamb kebab served with salad only. There were no alternative main choices and no dessert menu provided. For a New Year’s Eve set menu, this was well below expectations. The total cost for two starters and two kebabs was £160, which we believe is disproportionate given the limited menu, portion size, lack of dessert, and restricted time at the table. While the menu referenced live DJ and entertainment, the two-hour table restriction meant we were unable to enjoy the entertainment element that was advertised. This created a disconnect between what was promoted and what was actually delivered. The staff were polite and professional, and this feedback is not directed at them. The issue lies with event planning, pricing, and the clarity of advertising. Customers should be clearly informed of time limits and exactly what is included, especially for premium New Year’s Eve pricing. Overall, the experience did not represent good value for money and did not align with the way the New Year’s Eve event was marketed.

   Everything about this restaurant is 5 stars (or even more!!) I was so incredibly grateful for everything from the tasty food, incredible hospitality, beautiful atmosphere and simply the best night. The team here are incredible and so attentive to every need. The food tasted perfect and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The atmosphere was wonderful, uplifting and the live music was just the cherry on top! All I can say is THANK YOU for the most amazing night and I’ll be a regular!!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their positive attitude added so much to the atmosphere. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and caring team — they truly deserve recognition! Highly recommend this place not just for the food, but especially for the outstanding service. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visit so special!

   60th Birthday lunch We invited 12 couples for lunch to celebrate our birthdays last Sunday. We were fortunate to use the private area which was set out beautifully for our party. The service throughout the meal was very good, and the food on our set menu was delicious. We all enjoyed our visit and would definitely return soon.
