   1st time my visit to subway northwood hills as it was now catering halal meat, went at 6:30 PM and they were closed. It really annoyed me as Google was showing open till 9. Anyways, I tried asking the staff in there as to the reason why they closed so early and they shut me up by saying we are closed and that's it. Very disappointed and will let everyone know about the rude behaviour the staff working their have. Prefer Tams 100 times over you.

   Ordered through the app and food wasn't even started when I arrived (3 times this has happened now), which I think defeats the purpose of having a food collection time! Food was average as subways go and minor toppings were missed but my main issue is the managements lack of customer service. I reported this as an issue and received a generic reply. I asked further questions and was ignored. Will have to take this up with subway as the franchisee here doesn't care.

   Not the most friendly or generous Subway store given the higher prices compared to other local subways. Also if you want to redeem subway points or offers from Subway themselves this store refuses to honour them. Machine broken /not updated apparently every single time. Will not bother again and would rather build loyalty elsewhere.
