1* Adjusted to make reasonable refinements to my review; and I changed the wording: FOOD - Over priced food - nothing exclusive. I had a double cheeseburger which was rather hard, to an extent. Soft and hard in places. There are definitely higher quality burgers that are less than £16.25 (that price is just ridiculous. I know it is a theme park but COME ON)! The fries on the other hand were lack of flavour. Again, crispy and soft in places. I assume some of which food were probably undercooked. SERVICE - Waited 20M for my meal. ATMOSPHERE- Loud, somewhat. However you can still hear whilst conversing. The food prices here are rather expensive as well. Edited 01/11/2025 after reviewing aspects to a high degree with careful consideration.

The beef burger is very bad, dry, nothing in the bun but the patty and cheese with few salad leaves, chicken burger is a bit better but they don’t worth the price. The staff are good but the burgers are bad.

Food was overpriced rubbish. £16.25 for a burger drink and fries, I can normally get two of all that at my local burger place for that price and of better quality too. The burger was so dry, like it had been cooked hours ago and sat in a warm box. The fries were decent and the drink was the same old stuff you get anywhere, no need for the hefty price tag except to take advantage of people. Atmosphere? There was none, while the restaurant was themed it had no atmosphere it was just a big empty space with stuff that looked confused and sad. I'd avoid this place not just because of the price because it was the worst meal I had during my weekend at Chessington.

This is a pretty terrible restaurant. The meals are extortionate, as is always the case with theme park food outlets. The food wasn't particularly great considering the price. It was pretty bland and very dry. The restaurant itself is pretty drab and not the most cleanliness. It's in desperate need of some renovation work. Although it probably is one of the cheapest we found, I wouldn't recommend it

Terrible food quality. One of the worst burgers I have ever had and it cost £11.90. I had a Ratatouille moment where I had a flashback when biting into the burger of when I was young and bit into a sickly school dinner burger and felt disgusted. They use a grill that is not cleaned very well which stained the burger with remnants of older cooked food and gives the patty a nasty aftertaste. Burnt patty, stale taste, no sauce. Just pure rough. Fries have no flavour. To add to this, slow service due to minimal staffing. Better to starve for the day than eat this food. They should pay people to take the food with how bad it is. I don't generally go to places that have below a 4 star on Google but this place is deceptive because a lot of the reviews are for the ride and not the restaurant.

This is a good place to go with the family if you love queing for most of the rides. All fast track passes should be banned not just in this theme park but all of them. It is pure gread from the theme park, for what it cost to get in this park, you are paying a lot of money to stand around.

Great ride even though it was designed in the 1990s quick tip we got there and parked up by 10 a.m. on a Saturday. We went straight to the Vampire ride queue was 5 minutes. One hour later it was 70 minutes.its one of the closest rides on entrance.

Food was okay, portion sizes ok, nice themeing inside. Kids meal deals are decent price for a theme park/zoo.

Faster than it looks, also swings quite vigorously, a fun ride whistling through the treetops. The height restrictions mean quite young children are eligible.

Thrill Factor: 5/10 Age Suitable Range: 7+ years Theming: 5/10 Ride length to average queue time ratio: 5/10 Worth fast tracking: Yes As one of the parks biggest and best attractions this is the first thing to do when you arrive at Chessington World Of Adventures Resort, if you wait too long after the parks open the queue will reach a good 2 hours and to be honest we wouldn't rate Vampire as worth that.
