Firstly staff in here are absolutely useless and all don’t have a clue what’s going on in the restaurant secondly the food is absolutely shocking! £30 for ribs chips and coleslaw which supposedly are slow cooked for 3 hours and they turnt up dry and chewy also tasted funny! the pulled pork po boy was dry and the there was more coleslaw in the roll then anything else! Kids curly fries were rock solid! I would not recommend going here bring a pack lunch!

Food prices are outrageous - £18 for nachos with brisket - brisket was cold, cheese wasn’t melted and the nachos were soggy. No service (you order from a tablet in the table), no plates (cardboard containers), plastic cups and £5 for a sprite? Absurd. Giving it 2 stars as the half a chicken (although I had to remortgage for it) was decent.

They have used very cheap resources of food yet the prices of those food are absolutely unreasonable and ridiculous, the other things are fine, but mostly the food ruined my day...

You order & pay using a tablet so you must have a contactless payment method. The food itself was basic for the cost and all the food was loaded with coleslaw (which wasn’t nice) curly fries was nice but you can get a better tasting meal at vampire burgers. I paid over £90 for a platter meal to feed four and a drink for each person. The taste isn’t worth the money!

The driest, toughest brisket you'll ever eat. In Texas this would be considered a crime. If by some miracle anyone is reading this, it would be so easy to fix too: * Lower the temp in the smoker * Turn the warmers down to 80C * Keep it wrapped * Stop basting it in gravy - it tasted like a bad sunday roast I don't expect Franklin's from a theme park, but they're literally ruining 50 briskets a day.

Typically overpriced theme park food. The mac-n-cheese was just all sorts of wrong, not sure how they had managed it, but it tasted like powdered cheese and far too much of it! The meat was dry and cold, and the chips very powdery. Not sure there are many better options available though. My recommendation, bring your own food! The picture is everything we couldn't eat, which was a lot of it

I had a fantastic day at Chessington and to round it of we went for a late lunch around 5pm at the smoke house restaurant. Well it was such a disgusting experience I advise anyone never to eat anything there I ordered myself a pulled brisket in a bun with fries and my daughter the barbecue chicken and fries and 2 soft drinks. The fries were as if they were cooked in the morning and kept on a hot plate all day the brisket was one hard lump not pulled at all and very burnt uneatable let alone my daughter’s meal the chicken was burnt to a crisp and black and again stale horrible fries. The only thing we managed to have was our drinks. For the over priced menu it’s definitely not worth it don’t bother. We had KFC on our way home instead.

Don’t eat trio sharing plate. The meat was tastless, only the ribs were good. The pulled pork was like eating paper, the other meat was raw and felt like a rubber so we couldn’t eat it. The amount of the meat was for 3 people, the chips on the side was for 1.
