6 months on from my last feedback.... this place has improved. Food quality is much better, I can notice that. Staff are polite and considerate. Good place to take kids for a meal. You can request NO spice or hot sauces on the meals or on the side, which makes it easier for children. Thank you
Right at the main entrance of the atria mall, this is a restaurant that has potential to be much better than it currently is. We have had sandwiches twice and found them lacking the punch you expect from this type of food. Also it lacks that freshness bit due to very limited amount of veggies. All other stuff in the sandwich tastes great, so once these things are fixed, it will be even better to taste. This place has some seats inside, and plenty more outside.
the ramen is not very good, not recommended, however the beef brisket is very tender, and adding £3 makes it a meal, comes with chips and soft drinks chip seasoning are nice
One of the worst things I have eaten recently. It does not even look good. Ordered egg noodles with vegetables but there is absolutely no taste. That was my first and last time there.
Food is lovely - great fried chicken burger and sides. However wait times are far longer than you’d really want for a fast food/street food place. I understand they’re a small team and have a very small kitchen but I dread to think how they cope if it gets busy!
Used to be really good food. Sadly this has gone downhill a bit and the prices have gone up. £2.75 for a can of coke to takeaway...... Come on Also 10-15 minute wait for takeaway. As this is fresh food i wont penalize it but it definitely used to be cooked quicker in the past.
First visit definitely not my last... I would highly recommend Chi street food. A pleasure on the taste buds. Excellent service from the young Man, followed his recommendations, what a treat. Thank you.
I haven’t been to Watford in a long time and amongst all the new restaurants, this fast food place was of pretty good quality. Everything was made fresh and quick. The Baos were great as they hit all parts of the taste buds with the crisp of the chicken/pumpkin, crunch and vinegaryness of the pickled veg, great sauces. Honestly perfect package for a bao. The dirty fries were great too. The combination of toppings were very nice and suited. Wish there was more sauce though but otherwise great.

We had a great experience at Chi! Ash was very helpful with helping us pick our desired food! The food itself was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite and will definitely be returning!
