   Food tasted really authentic and the portions were good for the price, plus quite a variety of toppings you can choose with your pho or other soup noodles. Inside felt very authentic and funny with the YouTube videos of people eating in Vietnam. Starters were also decent, I liked the spring rolls and the salt and chilli squid was quite a generous portion. However what ruined the experience for me was the young lady working there. she’s got such a bad attitude and doesn’t seem like she has any training in hospitality and no social etiquette or manners so it felt very alienated dining here and significantly ruined the experience for me. The middle aged gentleman was glasses and the beanie was kind however.

   Without a doubt, this is the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever tasted! During my visit to Viet Bresto, I ordered the pho, Vietnamese pancakes (bánh xèo), and papaya salad, and every single dish was outstanding. The flavors were absolutely incredible - authentic and perfectly balanced. What impressed me most was how the food genuinely transported me back to Vietnam. Papaya salad: Absolute perfection - it was the cherry on top! Fresh, vibrant, and crunch. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since and I’m already planning my next visit just to have it again!

   My favorite vietnamese restaurant in Leeds! I usually get Pho from this place but I tried other dishes this time and they all impressed me. Also shout out to Quinn for being attentive and friendly. She made our dining experience better

   Gorgeous, fresh, authentic and delicious food. Very fair prices and good portions. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. I was over the moon with the quality of the food and drink and will definitely go back next time I’m in the city centre!

   We ordered Rare Steak Pho, Well-done Beef Pho, Pad Thai and Spring Rolls. The serving size is satisfying. The beef is not a thin-cut. It seems that the broth is not hot enough to “cook” the rare beef. The Pad Thai is not what we expect….

   Phenomenal food, and extremely nice people running the shop. It was great authentic food and I loved every bite of my meal. Honestly, this is the best food I've had in Leeds. I would come back any day and the great prices add to my enjoyment.

   We visited for dinner on a Saturday at around 8pm and found the restaurant was quite empty. We had drinks, a starter and main course. For starters we had the spring rolls and summer rolls these were excellent the summer rolls were a real standout and I could just eat those as a main course.. Fantastic. For the main course I had one of my favourite dishes pho. I can live on noodles and make these dishes at home all the time but it's great to visit a restaurant to show how to this properly. I think I had a chicken pho. It was amazing. The broth was delicious and the noodles had an excellent bite. Brilliant restaurant. The staff are excellent too. If I lived in Leeds I would eat here daily.

   The staff here was very welcoming and lovely, I would give 5/5 for the staff. Nice & chill atmosphere, a bit dark though. In terms of the food here, from my perspective as a Vietnamese, it’s a bit bland. But it’s edible, definitely could have given a bit more flavour into the dipping sauce and the marinade for the BQQ pork, but I’m impressed with the amount of meat I got, very generous. Spring rolls are nice and crunchy with tasty fillings, big portion again. 4/5 for the food. Will definitely try other dishes when I come here next time.
